Alright i hit some biceps today and it went pretty good, i had disgusting pumps and hardness, it wasnt a great workout since it took me a while to block the pain from the soreness everywhere but once i got the adrenaline flowing i got in a grove, vascularity was sick too, and barbell curls were up 20lb..even tho ive hit these number many times before...heres how it went
barbell curls-55x15, 85x12, 105x10, 125x8, 145x5-up 20lb
dbell curls, 55x6, 50x10 1 minute rests
preachers 30 sec rest 2 sets 85x12
concentration curls 2 setsx12
cable curls 4 sets no rest
i took some pics but i dont think theres much change from last arm workout so ill wait another wk..

FVCKING RIGHT!!!!!
I felt frikkn great all day so i decided to go back tonight and hit shoulders and it was worth it!! Without question this was one of my best lifts ever and i also hit 2 Personal Bests...i could definitely feel the MT tonight holy wow!
I felt like a freakin time bomb waiting to explode; it felt like i could snap on anyone just for blinking at me wrong LOLOL!!! it was great tho, i was so jakked up i was shaking and i dont even take stimulants...the lift continued like this morning with incredible pumps, ive never felt anything like it...and crazy vascularity too...
one thing to take note of is that my joints havent hurt one bit, in fact they feel flawless, zero elbow pain which is very surprising, today was dam good, im looking forward to the rest of the wk
military press-95x15, 135x12, 185x10, 205x8, 235x5 -drop set 205x6 drop set 185x8, drop set 135x9
laterals 25x20, 35x15, 45x12, 50x7 drop set with 30lbx20reps, drop set with 20lbx20 reps

Ok just got back from tris...decent lift, i hit em quick considering the tris might be a little overworked this wk, close grip was up 10lb which was decent...other than that nothing too crazy, ballon-like pumps tho....here was the lift today
rope pushdowns warmup-100-120x12-15 reps 3 sets
close grip bench-135x15, 185x8, 225x8, 235x5
overhead extensions 1 arm-30lb 1 minute rests 10-12 reps each 3 sets
pushdowns against a bench- 3 sets 30 sec rest 75-85lbx12

I hit quads this morning, it went awful, strength was up, but i just didnt have it together today...tomorrow ill hit back; should be better...

Ha! ok so i just checked my journal and squats were way up! 30lb and i coulda did way more, next time ill be prepared better with a full cup of coffee...definitely not a morning person

I hit some back today, went decent...no real strength gains but it was ok..
Back-pull downs-110x15, 120x12, 150x10, 150x10
stiff leg deadlifts, 95x12, 145x10, 195x8, 225x7
barbell rows-145x10, 165x10, 195x10, 225x8
close grip pulldowns-150 3 setsx10-12 reps
behind the back shrugs, 3 sets 30 sec rests
2 sets of lat pulldowns

i feel like i make some decent gains when i do that...im just mentioning because you said about no real strength gains...even though im sure there will be some for you soon...
also your var log got me motivited to try that myself...within the next 3 weeks id say...
yea i must say var will remain in my alltime favorite compounds

I will probly hit chest tomorrow well see...i have about 10 days left on MT, so far its been ok, there are honestly probably better compounds for me as it really has wiped out my appetite...not really a bad side but im constantly hot all day long, but the aggression is there during workouts which is nice, never had any probs out of the gym either, i think the key to using it safely is simply making sure that you drink water all day long which i do, i also plan on getting liver values checked too...its been decent on fatloss and some muscle gain so far...but i think there are better compounds since other compounds can be run longer safely...ill try and make the best of these next 7-10 days tho...

I hit chest this morning, went pretty good considering i was still sore from the shots....i should have some pics up today, thanks to Faiz for doin a side by side comparison shot that turned out well...here was todays lift...pics on the way, todays weight is 201lb...so im up 5 lbs since i started...
chest-incline- 135x10, 185x8, 205x8. 225x6
smith flat press-185x15, 205x10, 225x8, 245x8 1 minute rests
flys 30x12, 40x10, 50x8
cable flys 3 sets 30 sec rests 40lbx10-15
