Hey bro, the log looks interesting, but I would like to make a note.
Is there any reason why your carbs are up in the 5-600g range?
How were you eating before this?
That amount of carbs is astronomical for a guy your size, and if your worried about your bodyfat creeping up (which yes, it does look like you had more bodyfat in the most recent pics) then I would bring your carbs down some. I know guys in the 270-280lb range who use 600g of carbs for their HIGH carb days in the offseason while cycling carbs. I am not flaming you here, you look good, but 500-600g of carbs is just not needed and is overkill for you IMO. What are your fats at and what sources are they from?

I understand bro, I just had to say something in case b/c that is not the norm for 99% of the guys out there. I have one friend like you. I actually did his diet for him and I outweigh and outmuscle him by 30 lbs and hes taking in more food that me to keep weight....and I even have a pretty fast metabolism. That is a rare case though. I don't know how much fat is in your diet right now, but I would look into incorporating more fats to hold and gain mass before I bumped your carbs anymore. THis will help you not put on bodyfat as much while still gaining and also keeping bloat down....not to mention give your pancreas a break! Good luck!

I've heard this before but I still have my reservations. I've recommended b12 to many of the bodybuilders I help and in every case it's upped their appetite, drastically in some cases.

yeah i had the same problem bro, i take b12 injects.. Nothing helped me on mtren, that was part of the "feeling ill" that i described. Just couldnt eat, but not like on drol wher yur apetites gone but you can forcefeed. Best i can advise is shakes, dense clean cals thatre easy to down.. wheat flour, whey.. etc etc

K, just got done with quads, man, still kinda weak, i gotta admit, it was nice being natural for so long-- i always knew what to expect, now i expect big things and nothing happens, but i gotta say im an impatient son of a bitch
ok i hit em hard despite feeling sub-par, i do leg press soley as a warmup exercise before i hit squats hard, and i go ass to the ground always. none of that half-way down garbage...i do all exercises full range..
quads-320x15 reps, 410x12, 540x10, 680x10 reps
front squats-135x12, 185x8, 205x10, 225x6, 185x10
squats-185x10, 225x10, 245x8

I see no reasen why your benchpress and squat/dead shoudnt increase atleast 70-80 ibs on this cycle, maybe more...
(On a moderat dose trenbolone my bench goes up roughly 10 pounds ew, which is a baby cycle compared to this...)
Anyway, it looks like you could bench 500ibs, so i guess strenght is a no-issue since youre a bb

Hey Cap. You and I know this is the first cycle I've used drol. I personally had no loss of appetite. Obviously everyone reacts differently.

Just a quick update guys, i checked my blood pressure today and i was surprised! It was 128/77 so im pretty proud of that considering the frontload...
i ordered some different test as this one is just crippling..i cut it today with grape seed oil and so far did nothing to combat soreness...but its cool, arms day tomorrow, rest up for the weekend and back at it monday for chest and shoulders!

You got some big arms CD. I've had success taking b-12 for appetite too, although it may just be in my head.
