Ahhhh...I'll bet that felt good, eh? Especially after not hitting them traps the last three weeks...
I find traps to be a tough one to keep up with myself...my upper pecs tend to be stubborn too, but I manage.
That shrug workout looks sweet...415x10..Impressive.

As of now, im on my way towards reaching my goals for this cycle and my long term goals too since ive brought my upper body up my main concern is adding more mass to the quads and hams...hopefully i can continue training them hard with no injuries...i tend to have mild injuries after hard quad training, but im going to see the chiropractor to try and stay clear of those injuries...thanks again for the support guys..

Dam...i think carbing up yesterday helped my appetite big time! i cant get full on anything today...might as well eat if i can, i should hit 500g of carbs easily today...im hitting triceps tomorrow low rest periods, i normally start with a heavy exercise then superset from there..should be about a 40min workout..next wk ill be changing the routine, legs are still my main focus, ill be increasing my volume on leg day and starting to include more widow-maker squat sets...i hit alot of 20rep squats last summer but since then ive been trying to get my strength up...now that im almost there ill be including higher rep exercises too...

Just wondering how much of a role you think the suppps help? Do you have a desk job? Your strength is blasting through the roof too! Props brutha. How often do you treat yourself with a good cheat meal/day? Also, speaking of before bed, ever wake up and slam some food?

Total was quads, my hip is still mildly injured but being a BB you gotta learn to work around it and sacrifice heavy weights sometimes, either way i still should be able to add quality mass even without the heavy sets for now- this wkend ill be going to a chirpractor to start the rehab process...heres how it went today, still got a sick pump and good workout..
Quads--hip still slightly injured
leg extensions warmup 3-4 sets
squats-95x12, 155x10, 205x8,255x10
leg press superset with lunges- 8 plates LP -20 reps with 10 reps 25lb dumbells 4 total sets *45 sec rests
leg extensions superset with machine leg press close stance- 3 sets-20 reps each * 30 sec rests
