Today i hit back and hams...went well, didnt have my weight belt so i had to watch it but it was quick and went good...current weight is 202lb
back-pull downs 80x12, 120x12, 150x10, 160x10, 1 set of pull ups
barbell rows-135x10, 185x10,185x10
1 arm rows-90lb 1 minute rests x12 reps
wide grip rows 3 sets 160lbx12 reps each *
incline rows superset with close grip pulldowns 3 sets
hyperextensions-3 sets x15 reps
hams-6 sets 30 sec rests
calves

I hit chest today it went great it was a short workout real basic, just low rest periods, todays weight is 203lb..
chest-barbell incline-135x12, 225x10, 225x8, 225x8 low rest
flat dbell press 3 sets 1 minute rests 75lbx 12 reps each
incline flys 30 sec rests-35x15, 45x12, 35x12 reps

Today i hit biceps, it went ok a short workout again, strength wasnt there much today tho...
Biceps-all sets 1 minute rests
barbell curls-95x12, 105x10, 125x8, 125x15
cable curls superset with 1 arm preacher curls 120lb for cables, 30lb dbell for preachers
wide dbell curls 30lb superset with hammer curls 35lbx10 reps each
concentration curls superset with overhead cable curls
3 sets of forearms

Are tris on there own day now? Why not do a full arm routine or do you feel bis only is better for your goals?

I hit triceps with shoulders tomorrow...i woulda hit tris today but theyre just a bit sore from chest on monday...whenever i feel they are recovered tho ill do a full arm workout...

I woke up feelin like crap but i was able to hit some tris and shoulders. a little weak today just wanted to get done...heres todays lift...
military press-95x10, 135x10, 185x8, 185x10, 205x10
laterals 30 sec rests 25x12, 35x10, 30x10, 25x10, 20x12
close grip bench-135x10, 185x10,205x10
giant sets--pushdowns/rope pushdowns/ 1 arm extensions 2 total giant sets

I hit back this morning it went dam good..had enough energy to push hard through the whole lift.. today i started wk 7....
Back- pull downs 4 sets..150x12, 160x10, 150x10, 140x12
barbell rows- 1 minute rests-135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 185x10
1 arm rows 2 sets 30 sec rests 90lbx10 reps
seated rows close grip 150lbx12, 170x10
wide grip-150x10, 140x10
giant set 2 total sets close grip pulldowns/incline rows/hyperextensions

I hit some chest this morning, i was kinda draggin ass, but it went ok, weights are still fluctuating but it was a decent lift...
chest-incline barbell-135x10, 185x8, 215x7, 235x6
smith flat bench-225x10-12 3 sets 1minute rests
incline flys-30x12, 35x10, 45x10, 30x12 superset with pullovers
2 sets of flat flys 30lbx10 reps

just saw a pic of the wheels, nice progress bro. Not able to stop by as much as im jumping into my own cycle at the moment and seem to take all my time up with eating and logging haha. but keep up the goodwork ill definetly be around a couple times a week.
Thos incline flys really tear me up. i dont see to many people doin them at my gym. people look at me like im crazy when i do them... good to see some other people are tearing it up
