Well I did another 75mg in my left calve with a bit of pain because I hit a nerve. My right calve didn't bother me all day yesterday except for having a slight pump all day long, no pain, just a slight tightness. I did chest and back last night. I went heavy chest and warmed up on bench for 2 sets and than did 275 for 12, 315 for 8, 335 for 6, and 335 for 6 more (left shoulder was hurting and I was nervous to go any higher). I moved on to incline where I did 225 for 10, 255 for 8, 275 for 8 (6 with 2 assisted lifts) and on to decline 225 for 10, 255 for 8, 275 for 7, 295 for 6. Than I did dumbell flys which hurt like a mother! I followed that up with back (no deads) and used moderate weight, slow very strict movement and am sore as hell from that. I may start doing this instead of going balls to the walls heavy. Weight is stuck at 241. Keep ya'll posted...

Ok, well I messed up my workout routine I had planned for yesterday and managed to only do shoulders. I'm telling ya if it isn't the fina kicking in all of a sudden than it must have been that week I missed cause last night I was just throwing around the weights like nothing. Bumbell military press, I warmed up wit hthe 70's for a set and the 80's for a set. Than I did, 95's for 12, 100's for 10, 110's for 8, 120's for 6 reps!!! Hell yeah! Well on to the hammer machine (behind the neck press machine), I did 230lbs for 10, 270lbs for 8, 320lbs for 6, 320lbs for 6. Than dumbell side raises supersetted with dumbell front raises, using the 30's for slow controled sets of 8 with a 3 second pause and squeeze at the top of the lift. Than shrugs and abs.

Reading all these kick a$$ numbers you're throwing up makes me miss the gym even more! Damn glad to read that your workouts are coming around to your liking. These last two posts should keep you motivated, keep hitting it.

Big T how did your fina kit turn out...I saw the thread where you were making it, and now it sounds like its really kicking in...Im interested in adding fina to my cycle...looking good and strong keep it up.

It turned out beautifully. I did use the heating process to speed up the dissolving part, and yes I did need to speed it up because I have a 2 year old that tries to get into everything sitting around. All I can say is that I have been a fan of fina for along time and have tried to include it into every cycle since I first used it.

I'm hanging in there BIG T, living the weightlifters life through the post of my AR bro's and wishing I was back in the gym. Keep me motivated with some more good posts about your workouts. 120 for six reps (slow and control I trust), now that's what I'm talking about. You're pushing really good weights. If I was still in TX I'd drive down to San Marcos to push you and get myself stoked. It sounds like you made a successful batch of tren . I am in week 1 of a new cycle and I can't wait until the fina flows. Oh yeah, and no it's not a bad thing to like throwing darts every day...at least in my opinion. Keep it up, and keep in mind that you CAN push more.

Well last night was legs, and there's nothing much to report on. I had only gotten 2 hours of sleep the night before so I was pretty damn tired and I'm not even sure why I went to the gym instead of just going to bed. Anyways I managed to still get 535 up for 6 reps on squats, after that I did some extemsions leg curls calves and went home and died. Weight is still at 241

First off, Happy Birthday America!!!!! Happy 4th to everyone!!!!!
Ok I just did my very first injection into my right lat........ PAINLESS!!!!!! I'm using www.spotinjections.com as a guide for these injection. So far during this cycle I've used, quads, delts, calves and now lat. I still plan on shooting in my pecs i's and tri's. I did contimplate my traps, but decide not to. I'll keep ya'll updated!!!!!

Well yesterday I did another 75mg of fina in my left lat painless I might add. Today I'll be shooting in my right pec. I did chest and i's yesterday and tossed up the 120's for my last 2 sets for an easy 8 on both for dumbell flat bench, incline dumbells I did 100's for 10 115's for 8 120's for my last 2 sets and did them for 6. Weight has jumped back up to 244 again. More to come.

Well this morning I stuck 200mg test, 200mg eq, and 75mg of fina in my right quad. I'm starting to get a bit more snappy and grumpy now that I've started the fina. I'm doing my best not to get too moody. More to come tomorrow and I have back tonight so we'll see how it's going after that.

Ya, the fina makes me grumpy too. not like I thought it would, for me it is more of a mood thing, not a temper thing. It kinda makes me depressed at times.

hey big t...did you mix your test, eq, and fina all in one syringe? If im not mistaken they are all oil based gears so this would be ok right? And how hard is it to shoot the lats, and to aspirate ...that seems pretty tough to reach around like that.
Sounds like your doing great as ussual, and i saw your next cycle earlyer...WOW!!!

Well I stayed home last night only because my daughter asked me too. I'm so excited, she's talking more and more each day. She's actually talking in whole sentences now and can count to 11 by herself and she's not even 2 yet. Anyways, I'm all dressed ready to go when she walks up to me and held up her arms like she wanted me to pick her up and so I did, than she looks at me and said " Daddy, stay and play with me." So me being the big push-over that I am had an enjoyable evening of playing hide and seek. Which wasn't very easy, not many places for a man of my size to hide. Anyways I will go tonight and I have back so.... hopefully it will all go well.
This morning I did another 75mg of fina in my left pec, painless and very easy to inject. Until tomorrow!!!!!!

I've gottne over it, I'm going to get some better pics taken when time allows. I've cut back some on my carbs and have dropped some more bf since those pics were taken too. I'm going to use BG's advice and try some better poses. I have long limbs and am tall which makes for disaster when posing. I swear I lokk better tha nthose pics show, even my wife agrees and some close friends who looked at those pics said they don't really show how I look up close.

yeah i find it hard to belive also...not that you looked anywhere close to small or under developed i just some lighting and different poses will make a "night and day" difference.
Also i was wondering if you changed the gauge of you needle now that you doing ed injections? just a thought i had...

T, where the hell where you! You guys missed a hell of a party! Good and bad, good is the party's started on Wed the 2 and ended on sunday, the bad is that well I'm so off my diet and I haven't worked out in a week.
Glad to see you're back on track brother! I'm dieing to start my cycle and 1st thing tomorrow morning I start running, and based off some info from work (hopefully not traveling to Chili) I can start my cycle in the next 2 weeks. I guess it's good that I gave my bodytime to relax, but my diet's been shit!

Well last night I had back, and either I slighty hurt it, or fina pumps kicked my ass, cause half way through deads my lower back was so tight and sore all I could do was lay on the floor for 20 minutes trying desperatly to stretch it out. I managed to fight through the tightness and pain to get 500 for a set of 6. The rest of the workout went without a hitch. This morning I feel good except my lower back is as tight as hell.
Anyways weight is at 244lbs, did another 75mg of fina in my right bicep this morning. Yowza!!!! I had the needle halfway in when I hit a nerve and my bicep started doing the jig. It was funny watching it jump around for a minute, all I did was back off of the needle and slid it in a hair over to the side and it all went easy. My bicep is slighty tight and sore right now, but nothing unbearable.

How are the lingering soreness issues on the "spottier" injections like biceps and pecs? I'm still afraid to move somewhere else after my little calf experience. Have they been easier than bigger muscles in terms of that soreness/pain? Or, is the fina just easier in that regard than say, enan?

Welcome to the world of Fina pumps. The pumps don't seem to be as bad my second go around, but I have not hit the three week mark yet. Let me tell you, cardio is a mutha fu..er when the low back and calf cramps strike.

I forgot about the pumps....
BG fina is smooth as silk brother. I've shot it alone in both calves (no pain)
both lats (no pain)
both pecs (no pain)
right bicep (little sore but it's subsiding already)
If you do fina I stringly suggest spot injections and explore the different areas. I really like calve and lats so far, pecs were scarry just for the fact I had this image of the needle going into my heart.

I hit pec shots 2 time a week, right and left pec.
I tried calf last week and what a mess that was. I still have a lump in my calf, and it bruised somthing horrible. I think I might give it another go though.

I got the same thing on a delt shot in the begining. A huge bruise that covered my whole shoulder.

Well boys and girls I had a killer shoulder workout last night. My strength on my main lift didn't really increase ( 315 for military press) but all my secondary lifts I'm lifting a good 15+ lbs on all of them just from last week!!!!!! Weight is down to 240 even though. I haven't been getting much sleep as of late with my son waking up periodically during the night. I have legs tonight but may opt to take the night off and try and get some good sleep. This morning a stuck 200mg test, 200mg eq and 75mg fina in my left quad. Again went in smooth with no pain. Well more to come so ya'll stay tuned!!!!

Sounds like you shoulders are kickin ass, do you think the fina has given you a noticeable boost in strength or any gain in size?

Coldstone- fina has definatly given me a boost in strength. As for size, not sure, I have lowered my carbs a bit and in just 2 weeks I look alot leaner, my waist line is smaller but my weight has gone up a few pounds. Vascularity is unreal, my quads look like road maps, bi's look like they have spider webs underneath the skin. As for me and the wife, we're taking it one day at a time. We figured it would be easier on everyone if we try and work through all of this instead of divorce. Also she's finally seeking psychological help. It's all good and things get a bit rough but it is getting better, thanks for asking.

Thats good to hear about your wife and family...my dad and mom divorced when i was young so i know how it feels to grow up in a broken family.
I cant wait to lower my carbs and start the fina also...I like the fact that im looking bigger, but if im bigger and harder that will be even better...Where did you cut the carbs out of your diet...i was thinkng about taking them out of my meals during the middle of the day...but keeping them at breakfast, pre, and post workout? Or did you just lower the amount you eat in every meal?
