Hey man - sounds like a good plan - give that liver a rest! What blood test in particular did you get to check liver health/function?
My dr ordered just liver values test SEOG and SPOG.

Can you explain what happened, or was it just a pop out of nowhere?

Scarred to death of my shoulders, they act so suspect sometimes.

There was no signs or any of that bo.
My shoulders always made noises and stuff, its normal when pushing heavy weights.
I was military pressing with dumbells as a warm up and just felt bad sharp pain. stretched a bit and tried again but that was it. Its a lot better now, its been about 8 weeks now. But I got baby-it still, its weak.
the only advice I can give you is to make sure you always warm up your shoulders before doing chest, back or shoulders of course.

How did the meniscis tear affect your ROM/mobility?

As long as I don't do sudden moves, Im ok. I can run lightly, bike, tried to play soccer again last Saturday after 4 weeks of the initial injury date and after using Mobic @15mg/day, it wasn't bad.
Slight discomfort and pain. But not that bad anymore
But my rotator cuff seems to not respond as quickly AT ALL. Its still quite painfull even when I press 50 lbs dumbells only.

Hey man - Take it real easy on your rotator cuff - layoff completely for a month then start back with really ligth weights - like in the 5-10 lb range - just go for making the moves with no irritation and you'll rheal up great.

    Good luck bro!

Hey, newb here, but you look rediculously skinny man, maybe eat more? j/k. thought id change it up from the usual. But you look truley amazing man, i just started my first cycle ever shooting 250mg test-E 2x's a week. but i was thinking about doing an extended cycle like what you are doing right now after this one. But i had a rotator cuff injury and it took forever to heal. I was like you and always wanted to jump back in too. It took me like 4 months of sllooowwww recovery, and i was getting therapy and cortisone (sp?) shots too. but dont rush it man, i did and im constantly fighting my shoulder. But props on the progress!

Hey, good luck on your cycle man, if this your first cycle then don't go over 16 weeks max. and get some blood work every on the 12th week to see how you re-acting to it.

Will do. I'm on a 10 week cycle now just to see the changes and how I react. After this cycle i will have to take quite a while off due to finding a job and making sure I am clean, although I have heard that the place i want to get hired doesn't test for gear. My sister is a Physicians Assistant so I can have any questions answered right away, and she bought my parents a machine to test blood pressure so I test my Blood pressure every day too. Not sure if it's real important, but every little bit helps. I'll be taking pictures and starting a log once I get back to school, so feel free to stop by and give any advice that you feel necessary.

Oh shit man, thats pretty damn high for LDL.

Start using fish oil daily, ALA, cardio every day once or twice 30 mins each.

Drop the red meat completely, fish and chicken should be the best option.
    Eat lots of veggies.

125mg EOD for TRT is alot man, thats just too much. If you are gonna use Test E then do 200 mg every 10 days. Thats a TRT, 125mg/EOD is cycle.

Good luck man, let me know how things turn.
