Dr's do not know what effects what VA does not offer ultra sensitive Male Estradiol test they do not care about that and fortunately I got arimidex . Have plenty the DA Dr that scripted ; criptd like a woman with breast cancer would get 1mg daily ??????? I would be passed out on the floor if 1mg a day . I take 1/4 every 4th day and target 26 to 31 E2 .

PLEASE WOULD SOMEONEE SOUND OFF WITH IDEA BESIDES THE VA ARE A BUNCH OF DA's

Forget total test, that's a red herring. Your free test looks great, I wouldn't change a thing based on just those numbers.

Sorry guys I do not know how to make the pic bigger . If you would please double click and see several issues and “she” chooses to address a slightly high # in all my glucose due to pancakes and gravy that morn and took a shot 100mg 2 days before testosterone test .

DOUBLE CLICK PLEASE SO YOU CAN READ CLEARLY .
6 pages total I just combined to 3 in # page order .

This is all the BW the VA does . This is the total BW I had done .
    No e2
    No SHBG
WEIRDEST # I have seen in 13 years of TRT

Man 1.1 is a good PSA number!

The rest of the numbers look kind of diet related, then you added the comment about pancakes and you blood glucose, so I was like, yeah, that explains that.

Some of the other numbers aren't to concerning normally, but seeing that you did cancer treatment a year ago, I can't speak to what they mean in this context. We need someone with some more knowledge to weigh in on that.

E2... if you are feeling good with no sides, OK, just let that ride for now.

Your SHBG is likely middle of the road, if not on the lower side of normal.your free t with that level of total t indicates that.

I still don't think I would change meds at this time, though maybe consult with the doc on some of those numbers and maybe clean up your diet some. That's how I would start anyhow

    Buzz,
A mutual friend pointed out your blood work has some personal information visible....at least your name. Just to be on the safe side, I deleted your attachments.

Dang, I thought I commented on this already, because I had it loaded and ready to go lol! That is the test id, not results. Like you tell the lab "hey, I want test id 36170" and they look it up and say "oh, that's the testosterone test. I need 2 little vials and 1 big one" blah blah blah

Man I was searching like a madman for that. But, I did suspect that because the number was in a parentheses, something made it different than a value. Nice work Columbo!

Gotta change devices for BW . Damn I can speak Southern and broken English and some Spanish but for the life of me I have never been able to load pix to my computer . All those messages with incorrect words and improper pronouns are the work of AI . I have made it a point to try to read my sloppy typing . I will get on my phone and re type BW - personal info .

I'm not the best on computers, either

I find it's easiest for me to email the blood work to myself, then I just upload the attachment.

Been almost two months - how r u feeling?

I had to stop by this thread after talking to my dad again - finally after about a year since diagnosis

    they gave him 3 option:

1 - let it go & he would have about 5 years to live
2 - hit it with radiation
    3 - full immediate removal

He went for the 3rd, 9 months ago

Fuuuuuuck, it’s definitely as bad as I thought +worse x5

Yet, this guy was off from work for 6 weeks -then went back to working 12-16 hour days 5-6 days a week

I was & still am quite speechless. I told him he doesn’t have to work. Thankfully where I am in life right now, I can clear their debt & cover their bills fine - he refuses

That about covers that, if this gets read by anyone - great, if not - it’ll just stay posted on this board until whenever

This place sure is more dead than ever - social media trash really did phase forums out

Man, your pop sounds legit. We should all hope to be that strong.

And yeah, reddit and the like did a number on forums. I'm hoping we see an eventual backlash / pendulum swing back the other way, when people realize one of the benefits of forums is that there is greater knowledge to BS ratio here.

Yeah, it’s tough - especially now knowing what he is/was going through - just really really really fucking sucks ass. . . He seriously lived the most clean life a man could. Ate clean, never did any drugs, no roids & no booze(ever) - the guy wouldn’t even take Tylenol

    And, now this

First generation past the holocaust & made it to the US + to make it out to right where BNI is located to save my life. . . Just wow!

Ever since he told me of his diagnosis, I was put on a constant psa watch. . . Unlike him though, at this point in my life - I am nowhere near as strong.

Being dickless just doesn’t settle with me

Him - well, I may lift twice my weight - but, he definitely has my real life strength beat

Wonder how this guy is doing

Just talked to my dad a few times, full prostatectomy a year ago - all cancer free for over a year.

    Yeah

He was off from work for only 3-4 months, then went back to working both jobs

What's up peps? Update since radiation of prostrate. I had it done in 2023. PSA dropped kinda low but needs to be under 1 to start back TRT. Yes to all of those in their 50's thinking I am tired of hitting the gym all the time why do I keep taking the Test? I have been off for about (guessing) 8mths. IMHO life without Test sux. I mean to the point of depression. SO 6 mths ago I have a spike in my PSA to 3.3 and I freaked and the Dr said calm dn with Radiation the will be spikes before it bottoms out. a mth ago I had another test and PSA was .6 great news except my Urologist insisted I see him in person and I did not know why. He is a Pro TRT doc and educated ok . Not nearly as good as Kel or Almostgone. SO the reason he wanted to see me in person - 1100 miles later and a 15 minute visit. He asked me how I felt and I told him like shit. Will you please prescribe me Test again. Then he bust on me as to why he wanted to see me in person?

He said the medical community is hands down against Test after cancer. I forgot to mention he had me go through a PET Scan = zero cancer in my body and .6 PSA that is the magic number to consider Testosterone after cancer. So he has to jump through hoops to get me there . I have just returned to hillbilly haven yesterday. The visit was well worth while he said he wanted me to start on Clomid for 3 mths and see what that reading is because it may restart my natural Test production. I started to tell him how much test and other compounds I have taken , that there would be no way to restart especially with no Prostate. Before I could finish he said that it was more to cover his butt that to think I could restart my Test production was almost impossible. So ! Clomid for 3 mth and then gel for 3 mths and then he has covered his butt and after 6 mths we could set up a new protocol . So 6 mths from now I will have been in the gym almost daily and that is enough time to get my routine in the gym steady and see a few natural gains. I fell the best at 160mg a week and that puts me at 550 to 600 and I would need that even if not lifting.

All is well in Paradise . I had Back surgery and it was a cake walk compared to knee or shoulder surgery. 5 week recovery time after removal of bone spurs on my Syatica Nerve and 6 bolts and 2 plates in my spine. I had surgery Sept 10 and I am back in the gym already.

So to sum all this up hand surgery next and I will be rebuilt besides I am a tuff MF'er and I am 65 going on 40 so look out world. I am back. I am near pain free and I was rowdy at the VA one day because of their incompetence. Now i have to see Mental Health but not near as bad as I thought. They offer lots of good drugs if I wanted to stay high.... lol . I do that on my own with Hand rolled herbs. I am ecstatic about the visit and up coming days.

So I had cancer radiated my prostate
in March of 2023. Back surgery 7hrs worth September 10. Today Nov 19 I am near pain free and I have been through a bunch of what could have been death medical events in my life ......... lol , Now I feel qualified on sharing with younger men how to not be unalive.

I HOPE ALL OF YALL HAVE A GREAT TG ! ALSO A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS ! PLEASE REMEMBER THE REASON FOR THE SEASON.

I am just the opposite Done everything from Ludes to X and Coke and 10 Xs my weight is weed and I like a cigar now and then. Booz Of choice is Vodka and Bourbon .

The need for Diaper and no wood is something docs have to warn you about like when they give you a spinal for shoulder surgery you may be paralyzed. So it has been a year and a 1/2 now and right after radiation he put me on 20mg Calais daily get it from civilian pharmacy because VA only allow 4 pills per mth. so at this point in time I never needed a diaper and my natural wood in the AM is improving to full staff and hard in the am and soon will be wood upon demand . But the trimix is the shit! Anytime the wife wants some - a shot at the base of my dick and ready for a porn star.

My summary of prostate cancer is your own personal stay positive and never stop fighting. This cancer of the prostate is a life changer - but many other traumas in life are a game changer this was just another bump in the road at 65. Attitude is everything ! Yes monitor your PSA and always stay positive and have a good urologist you trust. Those 2 things are what make this cancer beatable . My urologist did the watch and wait with me for 8 years. I had to adapt and over come Ankle fusion , Prostate Cancer and back surgery all in a 2 year period .

I want to thank Wango for reaching out to me and just sharing that strangers but internet friends cared about me and wanted to stay up to date with me and I began engaging again. I am physically back to square one in the gym. I am alive and no learning curve doing lots of cardio to cut the gut that has attached itself to my sedimentary recoveries and walking was a gift. Don't let the negative water cooler talk scare you take things head on and yesterday is gone you can never reclaim it. Tomorrow is the 1st day of the rest of your life plan ahead. Live today with all the heart you have and squeeze every drop of fun and laughter out of every day above ground. No reason to worry about wood - modern meds make life worth living and I am going to cut my test in half and take 1/2 ml 50 mg of Primo every other day. Pricey but the best compound you can pin. Still on HGH and I think it and TB-500 have assisted in my many recoveries and they say you keep all you gain on HGH. I cannot say I agree with that but I will see over the next few mths. Down and Out by Buzz.

B M P, B M P, B M P !!!

Man, it is good to see you posting again!

They did or did not operate on the prostate? I saw that they cooked it, but seems like the last I read, they were thinking about cutting, too?

And holy cats, what must a PSA of .6 be like? Man, I don't think I would ever have to clean the toilet with a brush, just pressure wash it with Cy Jr if I had a PSA of < 1.0

Put in some Motley Crue and rock on out, brother!
