Off cycle and still feel strong and getting results from just my diet and training. Still on TRT Nebido at 1000mg/4ml every 11 weeks and makes me feel great. I've stopped carb cycling for the last 10days and I am 252lbs and climbing so I will be going back on this week, I'm a little to heavy. Injuries are still my lower back pain, left knee and left elbow but nothing really troubling me training and I'm throwing some heavy weights around at present so all is good. Training my own version of HIT which is short heavy intense workouts usually nothing lasting over 45mins, one bodypart per week but hit extremely intense. I'm seeing muscle tissue growth and fat loss from my workouts/cardio which tells me my training is spot on at the moment, when I feel I need a rest I take a week were I pull back on training and do some volume or high reps. Just finished a week pull back and I climbed 5 lbs. I would say my training over the last 12 months as been the no1 factor what's made me see gains like I have, usually its all about maintenance for me which is very hard to do but I am slowly building and taking bf off, going to continue and strip the bf off very slowly while maintaining the intense training protocol I am using.

Glad to hear everything going well! I really enjoy your insight on training. It has definitely given me several new ideas. How long are your cardio sessions at this point? Did you ever compete or do you just enjoy being a big man?

Glad what Ive wrote may have helped you in some way

Cardio is usually around 3 times per week for around 25mins, I also have weeks were I wont do any and I do this so when I start it up again my body gets shocked into burning fat faster. In time your body gets accustomed to it and ive found the fitter I am the less bf I burn so I do drop it off and change my cals up for when I dont do any and then hit it again and I respond amazing!!

Your right diet is key to gains but also training, a lot dont put enough into training and thats why why fail to prodcue new gains and also keep them.

I'm not near Bouernmouth sorry lol
Thanks for the reply. Yeh, I think I was one of the many people that believed their diet was correct and yielding them the nutrients needed etc. But to be honest mine was crap and as I said a few tweaks and the results were unbelivable. Also, I have got a good training partner which helps aswell we are both pushing each other to the max on every night of training which is class.

Lol,useless, random trip to their as Newcastle was mad money to get across to.

I did cardio today (off day from lifting) and I did the rolling stairs for cardio. And the only real body builder at my gym got on the stairs next to me. It was very cool talking to him. Reason I brought it up is he is huge and has very similar stats to our mr Marcus 300. He is 6' 248-252 and about 12% bf maybe less. He is a monster!!

Great, its always good to listen to other peoples views and how they go about doing things. Does he use the reduction in carbs over a set number of wks or carb cycling?

Carb cycle then changes to low carbs last 6 weeks.depending on where he needs to be at. But his protein was super high. He doesn't lower calories much at all. He eats every two hours (2 times during night) and basically all protein. He calls it starvation mode. Your always hungry but your taking in a lot of protein. He mentions he gains some muscle during this time also which I was confused on with low/zero carbs.
    We didn't discuss aas use?

Like I've mentioned in this thread 24/7 feeding creates big men and calories are important when your carrying a lot of tissue even when dieting. When people discover that these extreme measures they do dieting is burning precious muscle they will learn something very important, muscle tissue is very previous and we go through so much pain to get it so don't let it waste away.
    Thanks for the input

He is a monster and looks amazing imo. He is upset cause he has been up to 275 and said he couldn't function very well with daily life and always winded. He doesn't know how coleman cutler and all those guys do it. He also explained he has a few buddies who are the biggest he has ever seen but can't cut to 3-5%. Probably like frank zane I think has this problem.

When I was around the 270 mark I struggled a lot with daily life, I felt awfull but fuking hell I was big but I was very unhealthy and for me I just couldnt carry that weight around with me. Around the 240-250 is far better for me and feel really fit at this size. Ive never been down to 3-4% bf my lowest was 6%

Lol, not my choice buddies bday so he was choosing I was only going for the craic lol. I was thinking it could be a bit shit all right once a place gets a name for stags and hens it generally is ruined.

Training is great like you it's a kinda mix of HIT and heavy work outs changing up exercises every week but doing the same body parts if you get me. I think the main gains I have been getting is purely from the diet. I am doing cardio 3 nights a week and ab's every second day. Also, I have really hit legs very hard and seeing great gains there. Started 4 weeks ago doing legs properly and was doing 250kg leg press last week it was 340kg for 6 reps so really loving it. I used do legs a lot years ago but unfortunetl fell outta the habbit which is a bad thing and like all things once you fall outta it, it just turns to shit to motivate yourself again but I haven't felt better in my life ever.

I actually feel like a proper weightlifter I'll lash up some pics next week so ye can compare
