scare, no. I will keep my goals in check with the understanding that if quality of life becomes comprimised then the goals are out of reach. These goals are for nothing if getting there is not an improvement in overall performance and health.
this is one of the reasons that I have my goals set as what I perceive to be a realistic achievement for my body, with realistic diet and training, and conservative use of AAS. (and by conservative use I mean within this crowd as opposed to the general public)Last edited by -Ender-; 03-26-2013 at 09:53 AM.

Continued training past failure on all muscle groups. Couple the training with a diet that includes no less than 1gram of protein per pound of body weight per day and periods of rest to allow for repair of the damaged tissues. I will also practice introduction of testosterone levels that are higher than natural production. The testosterone will be used in intervals with breaks to allow for natural production to resume.
Thank you.Last edited by -Ender-; 03-26-2013 at 10:04 AM.

It seems like my goals are constantly changing, which I don't guess is necessarily a bad thing. Ex. I used to think I wanted to be 200lb at less then 8%. But then when I had enough mass to where I could have dieted down and had those stats I couldn't bring myself to do it I just wanted to keep growing. So now I just train as hard as I can and eat as best I can and I'll see where I end up. About to start dieting down from 240+ so goal is 8% or less and weight.....well I'm trying not to care.
I've just recently thrown out my scale b/c if I see my weight dropping I'll freak out and stop dieting down just like I did last time. Damn I'm a head case lmfao.

Can we alter our heights too?!
6'2.5"
225
8-9%
That would be walk around weight. I am not sure what this looks like but I want heads to turn and to be in very athletic shape (thinking running back)
As for health concerns. I am not afraid of sides from juice etc. a properly run cycle and pct will get me back to where I need to be. Concerned with injuries from the years of sports etc and how they will affect me. Particularly my right RC and now, I think, my left MCL. MRI to happen soon I believe

Thanks KP
You have some serious size and mass about you and I never thought you was so big to be honest, you trim that fat down and save your muscle tissue your going to be one huge guy. If we are all consistent in our approach with training hard, eating correctly, having enough sleep and having that mental drive to succeed we all can achieve great things. A lot of guys just do this on cycle and then lay off when they are off cycle but this is were these guys go wrong and go round in circles, you have to attack things year in and year out with this strong mental drive hitting that gym like your going to war, eating 24/7 and not letting anything beat you. This is the difference between the pro's and the normal gym bums who walk around with tight T-shirts on 6 month's of the year...............

back in the day I would have never thought to try being a big guy so I always stayed in the sub 180 range for fighting. Didn't realize there was genetic potential for me to get muscular as my dad was my height but 160lb. Who knew... Would love to see if I could ever hit 250 with minimal fat (say 12%) but I'm not sure if that on the safer side of health

Lets break it down into segments.
April 1 - June 18
218.5 (15%) to 220 (10%) a gain of 12.275 LBM and a loss of 10.575 bf
Tren Ace, Test Prop, Anavar , Prami
Nolva, Clomid
June 19 - Oct 20
220 (10%) to 215 (10%)
Train heavy hard fast short workouts. Keep calories clean and moderately high. Allow body to adjust to new muscle and let it solidify.
*go to Mexico (funds permitting) with gf* train at least 3 times
Oct 28 - Jan 1
Train hard and heavy, get my maxes up
Also train and get my body primed. A two month prime
Jan 2 - Feb 26
Short Burst Cycle
Tren Ace, Test Prop
215 (8%) to 225 (8%)
Almost all of my training is Dorian Yates/Marcus300 style. I also really like baselines hyper/power program but will stick to Marcus until at least the end of the contest. I also do Olympic lifts (clean, clean and jerk, snatch) and body weight movements (dragon walks, clap push-ups, etc). I would rather do a crossfit style interval training for cardio then sprints.
I am also going to the doctor for my knee tomorrow. I am forecasting the worst possible outcome: a 50% tear in my MCL on left knee. This is what I think is the absolute worst possible outcome. I am hoping no tear at all but we will see what he thinks. MRI though will have to be done to determine the depth of the damage. How it got hurt? I have no idea!

You've made great progress. Plenty of time left to make even more. Hell, look at Marcus and how large he is. And he's old!
Time & effort and adopting a training strategy that works for you and your lifestyle will get you there. One thing Marcus said above is so true. Way to many guys only train really hard when they are on cycle and just go through the motions when off. That's bullshit. I was off for 20 years through what I'd consider my prime and still made constant progress. It's nutrition, training and last but not least, attitude that makes the difference.
