Yeh Patricks Day is a big party over here lots of Americans were in the city I live this year which was cool to see. Tbh the Irish will throw a party to the opening of an envelope so patricks day is a big celebration. That would have been Temple Bar by my guess don't ever go there youll be robbed for the price of a drink in a bar there
I went out with friends on the Monday its a quieter affair and more relaxed too we ended up walking into a random pub just after closing where told to leave but talked our way to be drinking there till 3.30 am only in Ireland lol

Making up a shake then headed to the shop to hit legs.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Well, that didn't go well. I've been toying with a sinus issue and the nosebleeds won't quit. Starting antibiotics now since this has been ongoing for over a week.
Going back to the shop again this afternoon and hit legs again. Will take a roll of paper towels this time. If the nosebleeds start again, I'll just plug it. ( It's the beginning of the pollen season here.
Not to be overly gross, but I'm beginning to feel that sinus tissues are nothing more than the hemorrhoids of the skull.Last edited by almostgone; 03-21-2015 at 02:34 AM.

You need a holiday man ha a break to a diff country would do you well. You def are shifting more weight even on a light session than most men I bet.
See how you feel after a couple of weeks of training

Bio, Ive got some serious conditions at the moment what are worrying me, I don't want to talk about them at this stage but my body doesn't feel right, my mind doesn't feel right and I am worried. Not been on the scales for over 2-3 weeks and I feel like ive lost a ton of weight. I will keep everyone updated and slowly express my concerns.

Last nights session was good. Started with 25 mins cardio wore a hoody to get that extra sweat goinh.
Then into tris: 3 warm up sets then into
Rope pulls one heavy one drop.
Straight bar push downs same as above tris were really filling with blood now.
Then seated behind the head db push ups these i love cos you can really feel the muscle under pressure. Felt great.
Then onto bis
Straight bar curls 2 heavy one drop.
Alternating db curls heavy and slow.
Ez bar alternating wide and close grip 1 set each of heavy and drop.
Then hammer curls to finish.
One thing I hate about arms is the absolute searing pain you get from doing them no other body part is as bad as they are am I the only one or does it happen to others?

I get the most pain from bi's and tri's DCI i always keep my palms facing forward when doing anything with db so the bi's are always streched even using a bar when doing bi ex i use a straigh bar never the ez curl bar.
Edit talking about pain ma bi's are very sore the day and back/lats are still a bit sore as well.

Bi and tris for me too but legs after doing a few heavy sets of squats and or press. Then to extensions with drops. That where most my pain comes from...
Arms this morning though...see how painful I can make it. The slow negatives have been pushing my.limits

Ag, what's your blood pressure like? I started getting nosebleeds with elevated bp (result of blood counts getting high, remedied by donating blood. . Trt)
Just a thought?
