What size pin did you use duff?
You guys and your cars. Ah, i miss mine, 2000 z28 ran 11s on motor and had a 200 shot to boot. never got to run the bottle at the track, not enough roll cage lol
Had a bike that ran 8.20s in the 1/4.. that beast was fun. She's the reason i was so skinny for so long. My race weight was 150lbs (and I'm 6'1).
I want a c5.. but the c6s are hardly any more money. But on the other hand i want another bike.
So for now i just roll around in my 13 second diesel truck. It's so slow lol

Shoulders today: 54 minutes.
10 minutes incline treadmill warmup.
Seated DB Presses: 45x10, 50x10, 70x6 drop 65x3 drop 60x3, 75x4 drop 70x1 drop 60x4
Seated Lateral Raises: 25x10, 45x6 drop 40x4 drop 35x3, 50x5 drop 45x3 drop 40x3
Seated Bent-over Laterals: 30x10, 55x4 drop 45x5 drop 40x5, 50x6 drop 45x4 drop 40x3
Front-to-side alternating laterals: 25x10, 30x8, 35x5.
BB Shrugs: 185x10, 295x6 drop 285x4 pause 3, 305x4 pause 3 pause 2 and 10 seconds hold at top.
Stretching.
This difficult was more difficult than usual trying to keep proper form....frustrated the fvck out of me.

LOL, if you want to REALLY aggravate the wife/ GF, do a pec injection when they're not in the room, but you know they'll be back quickly. The trick is to leave the syringe in and just hang your head down with your eyes closed.
I did that not long after the first run of heart issues. The wife completely failed to see the humor in it.

I believe it will subside fairly quickly. I like quads, but there are times when the shot is smooth as silk, and then there are times I get a little discomfort. As long as the site looks good, try a fairly warm compress, massage it a tad, and try some gentle quad stretching.

Seated calf raises - 2 warm ups - 3w 10-12 failing
Reverse Hacks(new weight) - 2 feelers(warm ups) 2w 10-12 great pump
V-Squat - 2warm ups 3w 10-12 reps(more weight than I thought I'd get )5 aside - not great but way stronger than just 4-5wks ago
Stiff legged deads - 2w 10-12 failing
Extensions 2w 10-12 heavy felt great
Leg curls - 2w failing at 10-12
Weights done in 32 min abs body weight(4 exercises suppersetted 4 sets)and done
Liking this pull back / definitely was needed - but I'm getting great pumps w/this rep range

basic movements, a lot of rows and thickness coupled with stretches.

Delts and traps for me.....
Smith presses felt GREAT - drop set the last one.
Side laterals I had to lighten it up because my delts were fried.
High rope pulls an rear flys on the pec-dec.
3 sets behind the back shrugs on the angled smith - failed on my last set. Went straight to 100lb dumbells and did alternating shrugs. My traps were shot at that point but just for added burn I hit the shrug machine and did a burn out set.
People are starting to comment now..... They see changes. That's what counts :-)

Back this morning as well
Wide grips to start, 3 warms, 1 feel, 2 working with last rep 2nd working held last rep for slow negs, DD same thing 6/2/2
Hammer strength low pully 1 feel 2 working with slow negs (no way to drop here)
BEnt over Smith rows (overhand) 2 working DD
Reverse Grip pull down superset into standing pull downs....2 working
Dorian style deads to finish....stay light here 2 working
As far as blood donation everything was gtg blood pressure, pulse down finally.....even iron dropped some from last week. But got my dates all screwed up from the last double I did.....still have to wait till june 7th....damn

Legs tonight it was warm as hell in the gym.
Tonight started with leg press. Two warm up sets and 3 heavy high rep sets these where slow and hard sets these where great the blood was exploding into my leg muscles felt unreal. I could feel them explode out of my skin. Sweat was building too.
Then onto leg extensions same as above. I held on the top of the movement for 2 seconds to hold the contraction these where crazy hard and the negs where even more worse. I watched a tom platz vid before hand and that fcker really will fire you up for legs really reccommend him the mad fcker.
Then hamstrings same as above these where hard fought and tough reps loved it.
Then lunges where very hard but worth every second of the pain and the blood flow too.
Then i finished with straight bar hamstring pulls. These where tough but worth it.
