I’ve decided on spaghetti, basil,/tomato sauce, sweet Italian sausage, homemade meatballs, homemade garlic bread, homemade bruschetta with prosciutto, and cannolis. This goes down tomorrow late afternoon/early evening

Looks damn good. The wife loves spaghetti but hates when we have it for a meal. She's a big time talker during a meal and I'm more focused on getting it done. My reply is usually ".... can't talk. Eating".
Also, she says I ruin my spaghetti because I like to dice up 1 or maybe 2 black olives and stir them into everything. Be careful though, if you try it. Yes sir kel that’s the idea. I think I’m optimized 2.5-3 hours afterward, but had a nice full look for hours afterwards, even through the next morning.
For the show, however, I will obviously be eating less and probably just focusing mostly on carbs as opposed to other macronutrients

158 lbs (7 lbs under stage weight) and 10 days out. This past Saturday was a turning point for me that came with an amazing cheat meal. Prior to that, the last 3 1/2 - 4 weeks were very challenging mentally and physically. Can’t quite put it into words, but I’ve definitely learned a lot about myself throughout this process and the discipline I thought I had before was nothing compared to what it took to get to where I am now. 25 pounds from where I started this prep, and I believe the hard work is over, and now we just need to keep it dialed in through show day and bring what we made.
Will post some pics in a few. Please feel free to critique, provide tips, any advice is always valued, and appreciated

it’s coming together and almost there. I took next Tuesday through Friday off as well to really dial myself in prior to the show. Will spend a lot of time alone, meditating, breathing, posing, thinking, manifesting, etc. No nerves whatsoever right now and hope it stays that way. I am to be 100% prepared going in. Difficult to be seeing this is my first show but been through enough of them and backstage with friends and teammates to know what to expect

One week out here we go. Feeling great. Coach has given me an additional 50g cabs and 50g fats the past 3 days and virtually no weight change. Still at 158lbs. Going low for this weekend at 40g carbs (55f/165p) and 1,315 total cals but have some good energy headed into it and feel like my glycogen has been restored so grateful for that feeling.
Will likely go high Monday and then take it from there, it’s a day by day process at this point, I feel good, confident, and I have no doubt that I’ll be ready come stage day. I’m waiting for nerves to kick in, none yet, outside of Monday I’m taking the rest of the week off to focus.
Amazing leg day yesterday and high intensity, cardio, great energy, going to do a push day today and, if I had to guess, will maintain 30 minutes cardio, but we’ll see what coach says
