Bro I know you probably know your body pretty well but I would put you under ten for sure.... I see how you were saying how your lower belly fat was too thick to be that low but personally I find that every time I cut down it seems that my body burns fat differently. "Like last year my legs couldn't get lean, this past year it was my back.... You look great man you really do; best I've seen you since I've been on the site.... Go for a real comp man your almost there..... Have you taken measurements btw??? You seem to of kept a considerable amount of mass with the loss.... What's your weigh before and after?? I've already gained 40lbs since the beginning of the comp lol

I started at 206 lbs and the pic was taken 182-4 lbs. so I dropped a little over 20 lbs in 12 weeks. I would overestimate my body fat higher than lower. Yes lower belly is the only place holding fat. And the body does change as you get older. Last comp in 09 I find hold anywhere. I was 5-7 % bf. I had more commitment then though. Thanks for taking time to look. Wish me luck.

I've been off everythin but gh and a couple peps... now i am over 260 lol..... I was 223.8 in my start pics.... When I come off aas I blow up with so much fat and water.... See that's only a recent thing for me mate I stopped training with back and train them alone, now they really grow!
Maybe I was half assing them after exhausting back?
They are growing quite nicely now though
