You have a bent pelvis? Do you mince or walk?
I feel your pain, I have one leg slightly shorter than t'other so squats and deads are out due to twisting. Not worth the back pain/risk.

Smith incline
Hammer Incline
Db flys
Cable crossovers. Although I don't cross over.
Weight loss has not affected my strength. Same numbers.
