I had a buddy doing my diet for me. I was eating 30 ozs of potatoes a day at one point. He did the actual amounts I don't remember exactly. I know I dropped carbs then cared up 2 days out. Should have done it 3 days out. The Sunday after the show I looked awesome. Full and cut. But that's stuff you don't know til you do it. It's fun and tough. I want to do another one. A masters. Lol

I'm going to tell you the secret to my winning this thing.
I've started sleeping on the hardwood floor with no pillow blanket or clothes.
My training is hard intense and painful.
I don't use utensils or plates to eat my meals with.
Hell I don't even cook my food anymore I eat everything raw.
I carry my own water 5 miles from the creek.
I get leaves off the tree in my back yard to wipe my ass.
You know why? So I don't know what it's like to feel comfort. Comfort is for the weak.
And I'm strong. That's why I will win.
Anyone else this dedicated? Hell no. Your fighting for first loser at this point.
