Idk, depends on what cert we can get from USDA or FDA and also depends on the retail outlet. Depending on completely arbitrary conditions, meat products either fall under USDA or FDA inspection guidelines. And both have their own set of regulations. As they interprete federal law a bit differently. I don't know how to navigate USDA at all, luckily my bizz partner does. Basically until we open and declare what our organization is, we won't know who will be inspecting us.

If you are opening a direct to market production you will fall under USDA. Depending on quantity you are subject to inspection once a year. The inspection is a laughable joke. Inspectors are clueless and not nearly as thourough as an individual state entity you deal with if you are selling to a co-op type operation.
For this reason most products marketed as "organic" are not held to nearly as stringent sanitation and chemical guidlines.
As soon as inspection is over, life goes back to whatever you please for 10 mobths so to speak.
If you produce for co-op market as in non organic, mass production, selling to the big names, you are evaluated by state organizations that are way mare stringent and up your ass six times a year at random.
As much as people dont want to believe it, organic will make you sickly long before nonorganic.
I have pulled over 100,000 specimen samples from bulk milk tanks. The highest bacteria counts always came from the amish farms. The lowest came from the bigger farms.
I could tell folks things about milk they wouldn't believe. Yet I drink 5 gallons a week...

Pretty good workout tonight, tonight was chest, tris and shoulders. Everything felt really, I'm noticing that it takes a lot more to warm up nowadays since I'm 2 years older than the last time I was really getting after it.
I decided to do some light sets of squat just to see how the knee feels. I ended up doing 6 sets of 10 with 135 on the bar. It felt really good, I mixed in some cardio rope with it and got some pretty descent cardio in. I think before I go heavier than 135 I am going to get up to 100 total reps. At 60 I was getting pretty tired and my form was starting to give. I think I will follow how I did with with body weight squats when I first started rehabbing the knee. I figure it's best to build a rock solid foundation first. Yeah it probably won't put on the mass at first but if I can get my form perfect and my muscle endurance up. That should help reduce the risk of reinjury.“If you can't explain it to a second grader, you probably don't understand it yourself.” Albert Einstein

Man, I feel like absolute dog shit. I haven't really even had a cold in several years. I left work early and went straight home and slept for 4 hours. I don't have a day off until Sunday...

Thanks man, I thought it was strep at first but I have no pustules and no real fever. It seems like it's just a bad cold, I had one of the Staff Docs look down my throat and in my ears before I left work. Some redness and a little bit of tonsil swelling, my ear drums were fine. Which if you have strep that is one place that can get infected. I am basically worn down from working to much I'm guessing.

Saw your post yesterday n the nutrition section about nitrogen retention. How does one increase this, as I feel this is one my problems with my body.
-
It's one of the positive benefits of taking most AAS.
In untrained individuals, when one first starts exercising they will see an increase in nitrogen retention. Also increasing protein intake and specifically BCAA's.
Some supplements like Creatine Monohydrate will also help with protein synthesis.“If you can't explain it to a second grader, you probably don't understand it yourself.” Albert Einstein

There is some evidence also that HIIT can also increase over standard resistance training due to higher release of growth hormones during and after exercise. But honesty I don't think that effect is going to make much of a noticeable difference over standard resistance exercise.

i am not on any AAS currently, but do feel these affects when on cycle (which has been probably 4-5 years or so).
wonder if i need to up my protein intake and get on some creatine mono? my body creeks, snaps, and pops in almost every joint, i couldn't sneak up on deaf person!!!
is there any type of blood test that would show my levels of protein synthesis? not sure i phrased that question correctly but hopefully you get the gist of it.

Um, there are I don't know what they are right off the top of my head. Unless you were cacaxic I don't think it would be worth looking into.
You could look at IGF-1 levels that would give you a good idea.
Another way would be to monitor exactly how much food you take in, compare that to body wieght and weigh your feces. But I don't know if you want to do that

Not much to report since I got sick on July forth. I'm feeling much better but my lungs a packed with mucus, so workouts aren't great ATM. Should be full strength soon.
