Jesus christ... i did 5 or 6 days and felt great. Stopped for a blood test. Then have only added it in if i need a boost. Its too good to stay on and too bad to come off lol. 50mg per day is the most i did.

    4 months is nuts sounding.

Have you ever checked thyroid (TSH FT4 FT3) water retention going away with stims can suggest hypothyroidism.

Nah, never bothered with any bloodwork honestly. I plan on getting a full panel done, as I'm kicking down the door on 33 now and just want to know where I stand.

However, Ephedrine/Guaifenesin are fairly strong diuretics, and act synergistically with same effect of caffeine, so it's no shock that you drop and pick water when on or off.

I use it primarily for it's hunger suppression and stim effects when cutting fat, as I use Lyle McDonald's RFL protocol for dropping weight. That's why the dosages and regularity are as high as they are.

The hunger supression i find to be a massive drawback of it. I cant finish meals. Getting 2000 kcal is a bigger challenge than 3500 when bulking

My specific protocol is 1250/day with a 90% protein outlay, so it comes in handy for me. Great results, but by the end of my 12 day cut, I'm ready to eat the ass off of an unwashed hobo, even with the EC.

Awful is the only way to describe it. However i got my cardio done. Pleased i stayed for it.

Honestly would have gotten a better workout going home and had play fights with my dogs.

Mentally and physically exhausted. Was falling asleep driving to the gym half an hour after my stims.

However i downloaded some hp lovecraft which i enjoyed reading during cardio. From what ive read so far would highly recommend

Also just want to go home and eat junk but ill try my best to damage limit. Thinking about jumping to the shop and grabbing wholegrain tortiallas and making somewhat healthy fajitas. Might curb it. Who knows.

Wish it was wednesday night. Sick of seeing the same people over and over. Just want to get away.

Felt a little agitated this morning. Bp is slightly higher than usual. Hr was 78 or something.

No gym today. Cutting it back to 3-4 times per week. Also going to try to up my cardiovascular fitness as i am aware of the strain trt can eventually put on the heart. I have had family members with heart issues so better to be safe than sorry.

Going to try to incorporate 4 mile runs a couple of times per week. Eventually i would like to be able to rune 6 or 7 miles to a neighbouring town which i am obsessesed with. Would love to run there at night. Love the place. Nothing special about it so i get very very very weird responses when i tell people that i like it.

    Wishing everyone a good day

Sorry to hear that you're feeling that rough. Being falling down tired so shortly after those two stims is pretty crazy.

As for the Lovecraft: which of his works are you on?

Yeah it was weird. I felt all of the sides without the stim effect bizzarre.

I finished the tomb this morning. Thoroughly enjoyed it. He has a very unsettling style of writing. Started dagon this morning also

4 miles 50 minutes. Ran a mile then ran in bursts. Never took music. Felt nice to be in the warm night air listening to the sounds of the countryside in the almost complete darkness.

    Definetly drained some anger.

Regardless get me off this clomid shite and get me on some test. Sick of this pish.

    Hope everyone is doing well

I think you need to be patient and trust the process this Doctor have you on. Do not quit when you are this close to the finish line which is why you feel this "eagerness" and chose what looks like an easy way out. It's the same as any long term engagement. Whenever it is closing in most, just want it to be over, and it feels like time is standing still. This is when it is most important to stay focused on the goal and move across that finish line.

Youre right on the money. I know its close im on the right track i just want it over. But how close it is to finishing im not sure. I got the impression that he wants to try hcg monothereopy next.... if im going to be suppressed just give me the nebido lol.

Ill moan and groan the whole way but ill make it. Ive made it this far.

Im in two minds if i should switch over to research chem clomid and keep the pharma stuff for myself. Its not doing anything anyway.... what do you guys think

Had a nice shoulder workout last night. I can foresee some shoulder issues in the future. Shoulder was agony since training chest a few days ago. Been icing it so its not too bad now.

Got some cialis down me before gym yesterday for a laugh. Can confirm there was laugh.

Been doing a minimum of half an hour cardio each day. I better be dropping fat. Doing an hour tonight.

I'm eating a square of chocolate right now, and my ribs are getting more and more visible. Ok sorry

How long have you been in a calorie deficit? Metabolism will adapt and slow down over time.

I used to do that when cutting, just in a different manner. Every time that I thought about food when it wasn't time to eat, I made myself walk a mile. Amusingly, this has turned me into an impulsive mover that regularly hits 23-30k steps per day.

It makes bulking a pain in the ass, as my energy levels always shoot through the roof when in a surplus anyway.

This^^^ my buddy who totally was an idiot when cycling even at s younger age bug got progressively worse as time went on then came off and ran just GH and he had to take 1mg of dex ed I believe as his estrogen was like a woman's and he went in clinic therapy and dropped everything including GH and now his gf is pregnant and his test is back up in range at least when it was below 100ng/dl to begin with - so I agree don't quit yet brother

I hurt my back tonight. Training will be off for a few days likely.

Done probably the best 2 sets of dumbell press. 44kg drop to 36 with negs. The second set i only managed 4 of 42kg and 2 of 36kg. Fatagued to fuck.

After it whilst thinking how amazing the set was, i put my hand on the bench and reached down to get my water. Felt as if all of the postural muscle tension in my back has released. I cannot side bend or twist at all without the breath being driven out my lungs.

Had to nip the workout shortly after that. Couldnt puah hard and never done cardio.

Think ive tweaked my lumbar or thoracic vertebrae.

What is the correct way to recover do you guys reckon? Heat/ice? Rest/move as much as possible?

    Defintely no legs tomorrow.

Think i might switch over to reseach clomid to use it up. Save the pharma shit

If you are still cutting I have always thought this combination worked well. Not my idea originally.

    Ephedrine 20mg / Caffeine 200mg / Yohimbine HCL 3mg, 2-3 times a day.

Would you still use the yohimbine even if not in a fasted state? From what i understood it was usless if there is carbs present
