I understand that hes keeping himself safe. Doing the ticky box work.

Some guys hvae dealt with this for years and years before getting help. Ive had it a couple and im done with it.

Access to testosterone is almost trivial but i understand its in my best interests to do it properly.

I will be booking my clomid bloods this week for mid october then hopefully a treatment change
When your close to having your next apt with your endo pm me and I will give you some tips on whats best to say and how to handle things more in hopes things move faster for you.

Cialis worked a fucking treat tonight. 10-15mg went down pretty well.

    She seemed pleased.

Great progress there Zeus :P have to say it's funny that you included it in your log but given your situation that's really good news.

Back is fairly sore today... first half of the session was awesome. Checked my ego at the door and focused on the contraction.

    D ring lat pulldown
    Bend over rows
    Deadlifts
    Back extention
    Wide gripcurls
    Close grip curls

Managed to pull 120kg on the deadlifts but i felt pretty disabled after it, legs shaking n that. Need to get someone to check my form. Not sure how much i was rounding my back.

Could barely complete biceps. Eyes all bleary and i was yawning. Cranked up the music to full and got it done but i was exhausted.

Went for a shower then told myself to stop being a lazy shit so i came back out and did 15 minutes cardio lol.

My back was lacking a bit , i'm fairly tall and my torso is long , my lat insertions are higher , right form when doing back is really important , i mostly focus on rows and pull ups/chin ups , full stretch, im finally starting to get satisfied with progress

I would also like to put on more size to my back. Its so easy just to swing and use the arms. Ego is important to be checked at the door with back.

D bar lat pulldown has got to be my favourite. The contraction is very easy to achieve due to the angle.

Hope your blast went according to plan big guy. Thanks for stopping by

Looking forward to my first workout of my bulk tonight. Feel like am going to go heavy. Chest and tris. French press is calling mee.

On another note ive switched to 50mg eod clomid. From what i understand its long half life would mean that this is just as good as 25mg ed. Missed a couple of days because i wasnt staying at home on those nights but i guess ill just keep it going like this

3000kc daily should be easily doable... I'm done in minutes with a 1000kc meal, but I'm voracious. At your age I was downing 2-3 pizzas at a time no prob lol.

That's a huge amount of carbs. Just my two cents here but if your glycemic load is so huge you will desensitize to carbs. Insulin resistance etc. If you mean 750g uncooked rice that's 500+ carbs lol.

There are other things I'd advise you balance out too. You aren't eating much fats and not taking into consideration the Omega 3:6. A cheap way to balance this out is flaxseed oil. Tastes very little can be added to whey shakes makes them smoother. Doesn't bloat you up, gives you easy calories, is healthy. Ground flaxseeds are good too, lots of fiber. Fatty fish is excellent but not cheap unfortunately.

Another thing I'd balance out is micronutrients and things that help with digestion/healthy bacteria. You want a well functioning digestive system you better take care of it. Berries, yoghurt, veggies help here.

My simple solution for giving me what I need while saving time and respecting my taste buds are smoothies. In a blender I add whey, honey, milk, greek yoghurt, flaxseed oil, ground flaxseeds, salt, frozen berries, you can add fruit if you want. This can easily add up to 1000 calories.

I require simplicity when it comes to actually getting the food down me. I wont progress if my eating habits change. I need to know that no matter what, this food is going to be in my stomach by the time i go to bed.

236p 312c 37f - 2500kcal this is what the oats rice and chicken comes out at. I buy the rice in microwavable bags at 250g.

I know its an excuse but im prepared to work around it. I dont have enough time to make lots of different meals or put anything in the oven other than chicken.

Smoothies are a great idea in the morning actually just chuck hundread of fruit n shit in it. Didnt think of putting oil in it either...

I like to eat as cheaply as possible so its own brand everything so i dont generally go for more expensive things like salmon or fattier meats like steak or that.

I take 3g of omega 3 daily but i might switxh olive for flax oil.

My total kcal at the end of each day should land between 3000-3500.
I am not going to be measuring milk, fruit or vegetables.

Milk makes food alot easier to go down. I find myself spooning food in, taking a drink swallowing and repeating.

Walking around feelimg pregnant... but i want it so...

Thanks for your input big man. Best of luck finishing the comp. Your progress is extremely motivating

Thanks Zeus and good luck. Lol I thought you meant 750g uncooked rice that's why I commented on it. Remember though flaxseed oil isn't for cooking. But it doesn't change the taste of shakes IMO.

5mgs daily of Cialis has huge health benefits along side the sexual ones but I've never heard of skin mark sides.

    Add forearms to that.

    Did the marks subside?
