I still wouldn't use anything while trying to get trt in the uk. Tell your doctor or endo about the lump imho i wouldn't self prescribe anything to even have any conflict regarding your bloods

Maybe you shouldn't have dropped the clomid. It raises both Test and SHBG. Now you are in the situation your SHBG is likely higher than in the start (and it takes long to dial down) but Test will have returned the same, and Free T suffered as consequence.

Oh great.... wouldnt have thought it would have made me sub preclomid levels...

Ive still got over a weeks worth of clomid but im not using it. Clomid can stick one. Ill suffer through it.

That honestly felt like id taken dnp yesterday... drenched in sweat and bedsheets soaked.

Gonna try and hit legs as hard as i can this morning... we will see how that goes.

Might come home and inject 250mg of test. We will see how emotional i feel.

Not so knowledgeable in this but I guess we have similar HPTAs. Low test but responsive to SERMs.

Zeus, I am by far not an expert in the area but those values do look very decent to me. I realize you are in the middle of this so it might be hard to see but do you think what you are feeling is something else? I mean, you are still a Teenager and from what I remember (Those 25+ years ago) life sucked.

I wish the feelings of responsiveness followed the blood work lol

Completely understand, theres a possibility that it could be something not hormone related.

However ive placed my chips on the hormone route, i fully believe this to be the issue. I feel something missing.

I might be wrong... ill pay for it if i am. I have accepted any and all consequences associated with my decision

The clomid did raise SHBG like expected, that's eating away T/DHT and favouring estrogen dominance instead. Your testes appear to be fully functioning, and that points to hypothalamus/pituitary cause for low T. You might respond nicely to HCG only, but that could lead to excess estrogen again. I'll get back at you later I'm from phone now.

This is why I said to ignore my comment. I'm in first grade and bizzarro got his PhD.

Don't get discouraged by the high T reading.

I'll tell you something - hormones don't really do anything. They only carry a signal. The way your respond consist in the capacity of such tissues to receive and manipulate this signal appropriately. Thing is, you haven't developed low T. You are a nearly teenage guy whom has NEVER been exposed to the androgens. That means the androgen receptor got a long way to upregulate and make you responsive. This also requires absence of functional antagonism by excess estrogen. In fact, high estro alone can downregulate the receptor, and your reading - 85 pg/ml LOL - it's very high if real.

I believe I kind of warned you about this back in summer, duh.
