Appointment Jan 5th... The doc said if the bloods show low values (lol trust me they will) he will put me on nebido if I so wish. Very easy doc to work with. But then you have 24 weeks of giving bloods every 6 weeks, adjusting injection frequency etc... Better not get too excited as it will take a while before the fun begins again.

Not a virgin ass here though I've shot 2ml test base and 2ml tren base, both water based, in one glute before I did the pump up pics last competition lol. And it barely made a difference.

Haha not an excuse here either, I have had all symptoms but low libido. AAS actually made me wake up and realize I have an impending problem with test levels of an 85 year old before even using AAS...

I did train with a couple of guys who have been training regular for yrs last week and they couldn't believe how strong i was so just think on my friend. I'm a freak or that's what my consultants tell me anyway lol

I'm doing that next time or at least carb load the day before all my before and after pics where in the a.m. no pump last comp...im going to scare the children...

Honestly I didn't see any use. The Test E and the anadrol gave me the same pump, visually. I did feel a bit more of a pump and in pictures compared to a couple days before, at best I could see a tiny bit more small veins on my shoulders, traps and neck... Very painful the days after since it is water based and does not dissolve at all and crystals form immediately. If I'm going to use test/nandrolone /trenbolone base I will brew it myself, use oil and guaiacol, and just use it to kick start a short ester cycle so I can maybe shorten the cycle by a week or two since NPP/tren ace supposedly take 1-2 weeks to reach peak levels. Seriously the water based stuff made me limp for days lol.

If its anythong spectacular i do but ive a head like a siv so i often forget what i didd the prev week lol. Im very surprised atm because of how shocking my nutrition has been recently....

Probably a good idea to record weights at the end of each session to see progression though. Perhaps ij the new year

Im back! Ive been telling people im eating chocolate because its chrismas but the only reason is because im weak and gave in to my greed.

Was up at half 6 yesterday to go and do 4 miles before work. Went on my arse a couple of times as it was too icy to run.

Im not counting or weighing my food but it should fall between 2200 and 2600kcal per day. Like if i feel like a glass of milk ill have it....

Went and did arms and boy was it a good one....
I think i look bigger.... the npp must be working.

Anyway.... first 2 pictures are the condition im in atm.... and the 3rd picture is a mad pump in good lighting

Also my nuts feel receeding for sure... perhaps too sopn and im imagining it but i dont think so.

Another 4 miles this morning. The lack of calories is really pulling me down. Pretty lethargic. Want to start eating again.

Probably miss legs tonight. Weather is pretty bad. Was skidding all over the place this morning. The wee skidding light in my car was on the whole way. I swear it used to be a penguin slipping on ice but its not now hah.
