That's heavy! Gyms here rarely have beyond 40kg dumbbells to "keep steroid users away" LOL.

You will get used to it technique wise and will spend less and less energy getting the DBs in place. Though it's always going to be a problem if you pick a weight you can only do 2-6 reps with and you'll spoil some energy especially on shoulder pressing whatever way you do it. I do them a bit higher rep and getting them in place alone is no prob at all!

Mines go up to 75kg lol. One day....

Yeah its a nightmare for shoulders especially... i throw them up strange. Like i launch them from the floor in a seated position to above my heaf in one motion... to i can lift myself 2 sets of dumbells down from whst i can actually press...

Excellent work on the comp rns. You've got it mate

    Thanks man

I put them on my lower quad, seated and kick them up, very stable though if I don't get it right it might take 2-3 seconds and the fatigue robs me of 2-3 reps lol

Back tonight, chest is still in bits.

Bulk is goinf to last until new year then ill cut for a bit i think. Depending on how i look.

Cialis doesnt seem to be working very well atm... 20mg has had little effect. Blast dosage of adex and a tab and a half of clomid every week isnt agreeing with me it would seem.

Nahh. Unsure of my eye but i think the arm numbness has something to do with training heavy triceps yesterday.

Blood pressure was 100/48 yesterday so need to keep an eye on that aswell i suppose.

It was after 20mg of cialis so unsure hoe much that affected it

Daaaamn. That's even lower than my 105/60 that was giving me serious dizzy spells when squatting and deadlifting. I have to keep my sodium about 3600/day even when dosing EC at 25/200 4x per day, just to stay in the mid-120s so I can squat without risking passing out in the bottom.

My sodium is likely very low as i eat chicken rice and oats lol.

Ive recorded it at 70/35 this year before. That really caused some sparkles and incapcitated me pretty badly.

Not sure if low bp is a good thing since my family has heart issues hahha....

Ec defos makes it fo up

Low BP is fucking awful when training for performance and strength.

I have always tracked my sodium and potassium intakes, as I needed to be able to manipulate them for their impact on bodyweight. Weight class sports (powerlifting, wrestling, strongman, etc.) make such things necessary.

BTW I'm a naturally low blood pressure guy too. 100/60 is the norm and on the two cycles I've done maybe 110-115/70-75 despite 100mg anadrol ED on the last one lol. I can remember having trouble with squats but not deads many years ago but TBH it seems I have gotten used to it. It was much worse in puberty, waking up in the morning sometimes I was a split second from fainting and falling down. On the bright side we might get less sides from AAS who knows
