4 set flat DB bench
4 sets incline DB bench
4 sets decline barbell bench
4 sets high reps flat barbell bench (20-25 reps range)
4 sets fly cables

I'm starting to lose it guys.... going from 3-4 cheat meals a week to 1 is hell lol.
I know it's only been like 3 weeks but it feels like forever lol.
It doesn't help that I'm not really feeling anything from the tren yet... no strength or vascularity increase. That's a little demotivational. But I'll just keep plugging along.

Last nights workout;
Do press 40*15,10,4 last set got spent taking the dbs up lost strength
Tian tiao side raise 10*10,10,10
Db side raise dropsets (15*16, 10*10, 5*10)*3
Rear cable bent over 5*16,16,12
Not even 3 weeks have passed and I'm seeing strength gains, maybe it's true that it kicks in faster than in your first cycle or maybe you learn to notice small differences better

Hahahaha love trailer park boys!! Had my cheat meal for the week- burrito bowl with rice, pinto beans, steak, cheese, and sour cream. Hardly even a cheat meal if you ask me lol

Its not too bad.
When I cheat, its usually from "the devils cabbage" and it isn't pretty.
I'm talking whole boxes of honey nut cheerios, tubs of port wine cheese spread, gallons of 2% milk, and a few protein bars.
Thsts one sitting.
Funny thing is, after I shit it all out I end up lighter. Maybe I have aids or a tapeworm, who knows

Well if you take a massive crap shortly afterwards you know you didn't digest it or absorb all the calories
My cheats are usually just nice cuts of steaks, my own pizza (flour and cheese being the culprit) or Thai dishes with lots of rice and coconut milk. I don't really like sugary stuff, overly processed stuff, fake corporate factory foods et.c. when I bulk I can eat my cheat meals and as long as I'm not getting too fat I think the health risks (which are not so big) are worth the increase in quality of life. I have to make a habit of limiting carbs in those meals lol

You dont listen. I dont have to work out to beat a bitch like you, I just have to go to work. Tie 70 lb on your fat ass and climb 80 feet. And spend hours climbing up and down. I dont do 9-5 either. Try 16 hours of this hell. You will know you have tested your body when your biceps and triceps are trying to cramp simultaneously. You will have to pull off the side of the bumper to bumper freeway to let the non hackers go by because your legs are cramping so bad you cant push the throttle.
For breakfast you will chug pickle juice to try and replinish all your weak ass needs for electrolytes. You go to work 15 lbs heavier in the am than in the pm.
You are the heaviest motherfucker that does this job, probably in the state, yet you maintain the premise of being the fastest and the craziest....
I shit bigger than you or any ifbb, doesn't want to break a nail, bitch boy, desk jockey, youwill find.

The cold truth is most of you will remain a shade above average because you dont have the balls to be ifbb. You dont have that broken cog inside. You don't have that Rich Piana "whatever it takes" or the Feroce "stop trying and fucking do it."
