Nice weightS, nope I don't. You have a speed bag too, nice! I want to get a double ended speed bag in my apartment to train speed and precision... Don't have time nowadays to go to kickboxing.

The bag and bike are bulk of cardio for me.

I'm evil on the speed bag. Pops been showing me it since age 7.

Can I fight, probably not that great.lol

Speed bag is just timing, no power or actual punching involved

I fought a lot with my brother and cousins. We just had a regular heavy bag at home but I liked it and eventually beat them all. With one cousin we fought so often we made maybe 10 holes in the walls, then my mom threw the gloves and bag lol. Went to martial arts gyms after that though. Double ended speed bag is the best, it moves in all directions dynamically and helps with motor learning for precision a lot

Trying to lose some body fat but maintain my size... I'm hoping the tren will make that possible. I am eating basically what has been my maintenance... I have added an extra 1/2 of oats but other than that my diet is the same. Oh and I've cut down on my cheat meals.

I surely think you picked the right compound for all you want to do! Just keep that diet in check and try to shorten your rest periods and up your intensity as much as possible during this comp and you will surprise yourself! You've got a great base to work with so get on it brotha!

Trying to sabotage me couch??!!?!? Hahaha well just a heads up... I'm not a sweets guy. My weaknesses are cheeseburgers, loaded fries with cheese, bacon, and ranch, pizza, Italian food... stuff like that. Lol oh and I'm really fond of those burrito bowls... with steak, rice, beans, cheese, and sour cream..

And even better yet the NYS fair just started and I live about ten minutes from it and I know I'm going to get dragged there... probably multiple times...that's gonna be a tough one.

Oats, liquid egg whites, and whey blended together for breakfast here. Quick and easy. Drink it right out of the blender and chase it with orange juice.

If I owned a a.c., I'd never leave the shooting field.

The ac is the sexiest sounding machine gun I ever heard. The sound of the op-rod just sounds like a symphony.

There's another hidden gem in the pics. Lets play "where's the firearm" ...

Its two 50s, two 25s , and 6 2.5s in a York chrome vanadium bar. Bar in pic is loaded @ 200 lbs

These are standard 1" hole old school York weights.

I like my reps nice clean and strict on bench.

    On tree there's 100lb plates

On ground its 2 50s and 2 5s its for bent over rows

Should I cut it down to 3 sets of things?

I've never known anything else than 5 sets 8-12 reps of 5 different movements.

I'm willing to adopt different methods

I personally would cut the volume down some. Just my op,
3 sets is my usual 4 tops and less movements per body part but I am a higher body fat and like to bulk with that method
