Your right, we don't have the balls.

    You shouldn't either.

How much more do you think you can even work once your body starts giving up from sides?

Those guys lived it since adolescence, clean eating etc.

We haven't. We do that much gear, were going to fuck up this late in life.

Two things, the ifbb guys fid not eat clean since adolescence and most are on enough gh they think they can eat anything.
The other thing is I am nowhere near ifbb levels of gear. I will be but not now. In fact I am on a small cycle.

the unfortunate part is most of us can blast all the gear we want, we do not have the genetics to build all that muscle, even when we do and are among say 1 in 1000 or 10000 who can get to 250lbs ripped, doesn't mean it will look good enough to win a single show let alone live off of it. Look at the studies on nandrolone and its cardiovascular effects. Everything from the heart to the arteries get seriously damaged, the compound is no joke.

My take on it is if you didn't get the signs early on that you have a gift for this, there's no reason to risk cutting your lifespan in half. At least if you do things to enjoy life more then make sure you don't die just when you start enjoying it.

Goldman's dilemma, or the Goldman dilemma, is a question that was posed to elite athletesby physician, osteopath and publicist Robert Goldman, asking whether they would take a drug that would guarantee them overwhelming success in sport, but cause them to die after five years. In his research, as in previous research by Mirkin, approximately half the athletes responded that they would take the drug,[1] but modern research by James Connor and co-workers has yielded much lower numbers, with athletes having levels of acceptance of the dilemma that were similar to the general population of Australia.[2][3]

I think the genetics are more mental than physical. Were you born a bitch or a man?
I see all the non hackers talking about not having genetics. Kinda pathetic, they blame their genes when they dont have what it takes.

No couch this is because more people are little bitches with no grit or iron in their gut.
Its hilarious that you used the term "acceptance".

Lol! Accept that you cant do it and live mediocre.
    No thanks.
Being safe will get you nothing but average, always.

    I just copy n pasted

Fwiw. I did very very unsafe things for years with only reward, and I'm using the term "reward" loosely, was a quick few hours or shorter "high".

I have a different perspective on life now, especially with a family, and 6 year old daughter.

I'm not opposed to a simple one or two mild compound cycle, but I'm realistic. Its not the safest thing. Also, I'm,aware most of what's gained from that, is short lived.

Old habits die hard, replacing one thing for another, is my life story,

Thankfully 85% of what I'm into know is good for you (sans steroids ).

    Just be safe amigos

All those ifbb guys.... They are some real scientists!
Listen to feroce explain the science of cycling and then watch him work out. You will find he is a much better suited to keeping out of scientific study and just lifting.

    How scientific was Piana lol!
Dorian started at 170lb in his twenties... Its not all genetics kids. If it was they would start out weighing 250+ at 18.
It is a whole lot of mental.

I don't really understand why would anyone that isn't an iffb pro wish to look like an iffb pro. As for size I'd be contented to hit my natural limit, and to look aesthetic. Being monstrously huge is not my thing.

    I'll peck you ya pansy!
Off to go be a woodpecker now. I am way too fat to fly so maybe I should seek a safer job where I take orders rather than risk so much. I would hate to step outside my comfort zone and be unsafe... Oh dear!
That would be other than average! We can't have that! Gotta be safe at all times!

I'll take the risk and the benefits along with the danger and short life. Enjoy your par life, I bet it goes on forever....

Don't know where you got this from but I guess when you're cornered and have nothing to come with you can just make things up and hope some of them are true.
