    Trying to cut. I wasn't really expecting to gain any muscle but I was hoping tren would preserve the muscle I do have and maybe add a little extra. The way people talk about it I would think that would be possible but I'm not feeling a darn thing from it... good or bad.

    Workout hard, eating a slight surplus, and cardio. The compounds should reduce fat over time

    I would think you need need a calorie deficit, working very well for me on my tren cycle. The compounds not going to burn fat, although they will help a little with fat loss

    Yeah that's why I've really tightened up my diet. Before I was just cruising along just maintaining and just monitored my weight and waist line and was allowing myself to "cheat" a few times a week within reason. But for the past four weeks I've cut down to one cheat meal a week and on that day I will skip a meal to make sure I don't get out of control on calories. But I'm weighing and measuring everything I eat. Cardio will be a tough thing to add because I work long hours and have a house and other responsibilities to take care of.
    My girlfriend is working full time and is in NP school full time as well so I've really got my hands full around here lol

    That's probably how it's going to have to be considering cardio isn't a possibility for me. Going to have to rely heavily on my diet to do the job.

    If regular cardio is way too time consuming then consider something like HIIT, seriously 30min or less is enough.

    The problem is it takes about 25 minutes round trip to get to the gym and back. So to do cardio in the morning I would have to be up at 5am to get it done before work.
    I train 6 days a week so during the week I come home and eat quickly then head to the gym. By the time I get home from the gym and shower it's about 7:30. After that I have to make and eat my last meal of the day. And obviously do other things like take care of the dog (she's still a puppy so she needs attention) So as it sits right now, my days start at 6am and do not end until about 8-8:30. Yes I could jam cardio in there somewhere but if I did I would totally be disregarding my other responsibilities and people in my life.
    I wish I could just make a living by working out lol

    A couple of suggestions:
    Cook the majority of your food for the week on the weekend. There is no way that I could stay on a diet if I had to cook for every meal prior to eating. . Plus I do not have the time. I grill about 6 lbs of chicken breast, potatoes, and about 6 lbs of tilapia Saturday night and cook 70 egg whites on Sunday. The rice and sweet potatoes I do in smaller portions a a couple of times a week.

    Can you accomplish cardio at home?

    Or carb cycling imho would work much better at preserving muscle while losing bf - all depends on your diet!

    Check out my thread I just posted up something that Marcus would do than something BIBsid total opposites but same concept really!

    Charger.... your familiar with carb cycling obviously I too, think he needs to do fasted cardio at least 3-4x wkly it can be low impact, too but needs not to overeat during this time... no cheats until you get this going Yeahbuddy - plus make the time if you really want it we all do! It's tough and rough I know but tbh after bumping your compound up idk why you don't feel anything - I'd get some BW done though to see how legit your stuff is sounds very underdosed imho

    Nach I started carb cycling so we'll see how that goes. On your low carb days do you add more protein or fat? Or just lower the carbs and leave everything else the same? Yeah that could be. Unfortunately in NY I can't get blood work without a prescription. I know the test is legit but maybe this tren is underdosed. Would you recommend going a little higher if I still feel nothing this week?

    Charger- I cook all my chicken for the week on Sunday and my other meals are usually fish or eggs which don't take too awfully long to cook. And two of my daily meals come from a blender- oats, egg whites, and whey. Unfortunately I don't have any equipment at home. I would love to eventually get a treadmill for the living room.

    Tonight's workout;

    Db press 40*16,8,5
    Tian tiao style side raise 10*12,12,10
    Db side raise dropsets (15*20, 10*10, 5*10)*3
    Rear cable 5*18,16,14

    Seems like my body is giving me signs that it wants to bulk. Have had to add carbs here and there, damn mixer broke too. Will go back to regular diet and just add 12oz coffee with whey pre workout around 10pm.

    On another note, waiting for test suspension, tren base and more hcg to arrive. Probably won't use tren base. But might use the test suspension, so the total stack will then be test e, anadrol , test suspension. They didn't have TNE that supposedly is pip free.

    My day every day

    Wake up at 3 am
    -Shit and eat overnight oats and eggs
    3:30/3:45 am
    - 3 sets dumbell flat, 3 sets incline, and
    125 dips 40 pull ups
    5:00 am
    - soak in hot tub
    5:30 am
    - drive to work
    6 am
    - punch in and cook 9 eggs worth of
    whites, and a cup oatmeal
    10 am
    - eat lunch
    1:30pm/2 pm
    - punch out
    2:15 pm
    - go to gym and do real targeted
    muscle group workout
    4 pm
    Arrive home ride mountain bike for 10
    miles (only do this 3x a week)
    Eat a few more times
    8 pm
    -I'm,laying in bed enjoying cannabis and watching old 3 stooges or Nazi documentaries

    Wake up at 330 am and repeat

    Toss in my 6 year old daughter, I do not sit down at all. Only wen in bed

    Check in on my lounge thread regarding carb cycling in two different ways as of yet, it's not a guarantee but gives everyone an example of what can happen if tried but one needs to understand we're all different so it's a must understanding your body & how it works!

    I agree with charger that meal prep is a must as you continue on your journey Yeahbuddy! Make time for fasted cardio whether you have to wake up early of w/o's after your cardio bug bring a shake full of egg whites oats and fruit to replenish your body for an INTENSE FUCKING WORK OUT!

    I dunno about watching documentaries, getting set times I can eat et.c. I wake up 9-930, make my breakfast shake, leave for work at 10, then right after work around 10-11pm go to the gym or do necessary stuff like wash clothes, shave etc and then its time to sleep, no playing around with bikes either. Wouldn't have the priviledges to cook food several times per day either, all my meals take less than 3 minutes to make.

    Listen bro - use the tren base with the liq. Drol if it's liquid you'll be sooo happy that the TNE + tren base + drol is fuckin incredible- I know this for a fact lol so combine em especially if running tren at all imho

    Ive got anadrol in powder form, I'll turn it into liquid but not injectable, just an oral suspension. I don't have cabergoline nor experience with tren so I think I'll just wait. BTW I've only done test and anavar (which did nothing) so anadrol + test suspension should be a real boost in itself.

    Three rounds of standard Tabata (each round is 4-minutes) total time 12 minutes.

    First 20 seconds: Max Mountain Climbers
    Second 20 seconds: Max Air Squats
    Third 20 seconds: Max Jumping Jacks
    Repeat

    Rest 1-minute between Tabata Rounds

    Can confirm. Effective. Did tabata for the first time recently on a course. On the watt bike, peddling as fast as possible. 20 swconds on 10 seconds off 8 times.

    Never letting rpm below 120 even on the last round. If it kills you keep it above the number.

    An extra 5, 10 minutes at the end of a lifting session. Tarmyg's uses no equipment which is excellent.

    Good mornings 102,5*10,10,10
    Med ball crunches 25,25,25

    Been focusing on lower back/glutes/hams for lots of weeks now, going to switch it up. Squat day will be atg squats with no pause and leg press instead of GM's. Then later deadlift day will be regular deads and leg curls.
