Today is going to be three sets of some bicep exercises for 12 reps three sets of tricep exercises with 12 reps, three sets of shoulder exercises for 12 reps, and three sets of back exercises for 12 to 15 reps and 20 minutes of hard cardio on a stationary bike
As far as food goes I have to fast for this damn blood work at 7 a.m. so when I home I'm smashing on two bowls of oatmeal and a carton egg whites and about 2 tablespoons of flax

Lol easy easy I could have made iffb pro physique my first year of training, now bodybuilding that's a different story being 6 2 doesn't help my chances of ever earning a pro card, but if I can look better than 99 percent of dudes on this planet including you...I'm all for it. It's all genetics man I haven't cycled in 3 years it's no big deal for me. I'm never gonna be iffbb pro, I make more fuckin money now than an iffbb pro average bber...no saying much

I joined in 2007. Lifted very little and always wrong. Then I took a nine year break and lived the adult life. Married divorced five kids...
I came bac in october last year and hit it hard as I could around my job which is overwhelming. Damn near 50lbs later I realize I do have the genetics for this. 5-10 lbs a year till I am 40. Like I said before, I know you don't follow my posts, but I can half ass and still gain more than most doing everything right. If I can't be 3/4 of the way there in 5 years then I have failed. I will add more gear till it maxes and I havent even touched hgh or slin. I will though.
Don't critique with half knowledge, you dont know me.
There should be less misspellings. I am not goin 70 in my truck.

The thing is I did the same thing my first cycle... that doesn't mean you got the genetics to get to where you want without TONS of aas which I know you'll try - your diet is off as is your training - simply put you've got zero chance!
And Cuz puts you to shame at 10% and you st 18+ lol get real brotha! Learn to except the things you can not change the courage to know the difference and the wisdom to know the difference! You should know that prayer among most of us yet you live in this blind future!
I put on over 33+lbs after doing a prop(600) NPP(400 btw not 700) and backloaded winny at 50mgs first 2wks then 100mgs next 22wks then down to 50mgs for a final 6wks pushing it leaving me from 160max to 193+ after 10-12wks at 9-10% bf but surely not 18! Lol you don't have the bone structure nor the width to stack on the lbs in a 10-12% bf range where you see your lines / just saying / as of now prime and do it right that's your best bet
Notice how Cuz hasn't even went on high doses to get to where he his and looks 10x better - don't take it as a knock but rather it feed you otherwise you will fall! Best of luck

I did the same as you, took a break(due to all my surgeries) where as you at took a break crashing trees into a houses and still never got to where I'm at after I OCTd after that cycle above whereas you chose to cruise - now I'm on TRT - yet you still look worse than me and I'll keep gaining with LESS weight and more solid dense muscle tissue than you could ever do! Just stating facts here and I know your about to go Lunny bin on this post - I welcome it b/c your delusions are for real! Sorry but prove me wrong - yiu d yet to do it at all thus far
