Laptop broke using phone. Got a bit of a cold on tuesday, extreme doms from squats and gms. Doubled up back training volume. Diet and training in other thread will repost when i get new computer. Started peptides a bit late, yesterday. Chins +20kg +chains x 9, 6, 4 reps, lowered weights on others to perfect form.
Farting a crapload from beans/lentils. Meals 2 and 3 are 100g lentils or beans, chicken/tuna, broccoli and sourcream garlic sauce. When i finish 1 bag (800-900g) of beans/lentils i carb up then cook another type of beans and repeat.

Might as well type out the diet. Meal 1 is 1-2 tbsp ground flaxseeds, 1 tbsp flaxseed oil, salt, 1tbsp honey, 100 or so g mixed frozen berries, 100g greek yoghurt, 200ml whole milk non homogenized, 1 scoop vanilla whey. Meal 4 is the same except double chocolate whey and frozen strawberries. Every day the same.

On the subject of diets, would you guys consider a Cesar salad, sirloin steak and a plain sweet potato to be a cheat meal? Going to dinner tonight with family and that is what I'm going to have. I'm trying to decide if I should count it as my cheat meal... but in my mind it doesn't seem like a bad meal at all.

Unless the salad is smothered in stuff i personally wouldnt. Not as healthy as home stuff but its not bad imo

You probably know this but... sitting calf press works the soleus (muscle under the calf), straight leg calf press works the gastrocnemius (calves) and extending the foot on lying ham curls also hits the calves.
Also,
I saw a study not long ago that showed when subjects worked their biceps (small muscle) with squats (large muscles) it grew more than the subjects bicep's who worked their biceps on arm-only day. I guess it has to do with hormonal activation; not sure how much difference that makes for those who supplement exogenously.

Yeah I do seated, standing, and even donkey calve raises. They have gotten so much more defined and are so dense now they push a lot of veins out but the size isn't there.

I still M barely able to walk from leg work 4 days ago. This is why I do not do legs. I did legs for 26 years straight. I lived a somewhat active life as a fat BASTARD at 235-255 lbs and 5'5" tall. Last time I did legs, aside from mountain bike was in February of 2017. Lol
Today
Chest
5 sets bench 8 to 10 reps
9 sets DB bench 3 sets with 80's, 3 sets with 90's, and 3 sets of 100's (for 3-5 or so reps with 100's)
4 sets heavy incline DB
5 sets of flys
And ill finish off with triceps pulldowns
Food
Breakfast- 1 cup egg whites, 60 grams oats 1 nana
2nd breakfast- 2 cans tuna with one can of kidney beans, and some flax seeds and hemp seeds
Lunch- same as second breakfast
Pre workout whole food shake, 1 cup peas, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 scoops hemp pro 70 (ill split this in half and use other half as post with some oatmeal and scoop of whey)
Dinner- as much chicken titties as I could stuff into my fat ass.
Before bed- infused coconut oil, and a bowl of cheerios with powdered peanut butter

Seated db press 40kg x 13.5, 8, 6. Tian Tiao style side raise 10kg x 8,8,8. Upright row 40x10,10,10. Cable rear delt 5kg x 12,12,12. Good pr on press, same reps as in ~8 weeks into my last cycle, progress! Test hasnt even kicked in.
During last pct i lost tremendoys amount of gains, putting me back to precycle level. Then i gained some... Even though I hit very hard plateaus before that cycle. I think the regular PCT protocol isnt suited for me, my natty test is so low (375 ng/dl) that my bodys homeostasis doesnt like the gains despite training and diet being in check. I think for next pct I will take clomid with my last test injection, so that the compound has reached a steady state before the test is out, and will alleviate that crash where strength drops like the titanic

Anyone have a cheat meal on this fine Sunday? I had some loaded fries with some ranch and a few chicken tenders with honey mustard. It was awesome...
Time to get back to reality though... got my meals prepped for the week.

Well it wont make you produce any test as long as there is a high enough level in you, but it should do so when test levels are dropping as the exogenous test gets used up. My guess is the transition will be smoother and one can retain more gains with less days of low test levels.

Rode bike in park today.
Its a 1 mile track . and a calisthenics gym at beginning. Every time around (1 mile) I stopped and did 12 dead hang chin ups and 15 sit ups.
Did 12 milies, 144 chins, and 180 sit ups.
This was today's exersise.
Rode to dairy queen after and got a funnel cake Sunday treat thing, I took one bite and angrily smashed it in parking lot like a public execution. God DAMN it was tasty,but deserved to die for trying to sabotage me.
Cashier saw it and thought I did it cuzz it was bad or made not how I ordered and replaced it. Gave new o e to parking lot as well.
I beat up junk food sometimes so I won't eat it

Yes splitting. I have ran 500 on heavy cycles and I feel it isn't enough. Would prefer 1000 on a tren cycle.

Absolutely, there is no way to prevent intratesticular testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen. My dosages are my individualized dosages and I recommend them to no one.
I question whether this might be why many pros run 2pmg of nolva throughout their cycle.
Once you start playing with high dosages your are just trying to balance side effects and their is no balance.
My testicles atrophy on test/deca /tren /dbol unless I run higher hcg , higher hcg causes higher intratesticular test, higher ITT causes higher estrogen which I have offset somewhat with serms. Fact is something is constantly too high in my endocrine system.
I really want more test atm but my body cannot afford it at this time.
If I get boobs I will get them cut off. I would rather have that than raisinettes.

I did something new today.
Took 32 ounce cooked chicken, 800g Brown rice, 1600 grams broccoli, 400g peas, and 8 apples and 4 bananas.
Put them in a commercial robo_coupe food processor and made baby food
Stuffed 8 containers of this muscle mush.
Its going to be my food for a few days
It tasted good, looks like pure sin

One gets desensitized to the anabolic effects of testosterone ... i think blasting recepters with enough of anything destroys them. I think even clen megadosed would full fatigue beta receptors.
I have 0 experience but thats my take anyway lol

Desensitization has been proven in rats recieving a dose equvalent to 7,500iu in a human. With lower dosages it is not common with higher dosages it is very common. The levels gradually returned in rats even after the enormous dosages. There has been zero evidence that there is desensitization (especially permanent) in humans. The dosages they used to prove this in rats were huge. I feel the desensitization idea is just a well rooted myth in the community. Even after extremely high doses time allows stasis rather quickly.
