    Funny to see how triggered they get when you post up some work you do and all the insecurities come up. Even funnier is how I am suddenly portrayed as someone no has done tons of cycles, like if it's really difficult to do a post history search and see what I've been doing the past year. I've done one test cypionate 600mg/week cycle and tried anavar on it to see if it's the does anything, which it didn't. Want to see something funny? Check up obs history and how many cycles and how high dosages he's been running. Though still absolutely nothing to show for it and just like the one he's siding with, can't find his balls to train legs. His legs are like sticks. I wonder how many decades it will take him to come out of the womb. I wonder also how much he thinks the forum is only for blind bodybuilders he can brag about some bodyweight gain hes accomplished, like if it means anything.

    I've really just been putting in work. Diet is always the hardest part. I'm use to my size and strength blowing up on cycle but it's just staying the same. My weight has also stayed the same but I've had to go in another notch on my belt so I'll take that as a good sign. Also starting to see a little more upper chest separation.

    I'm sorry if I have contributed to something that's bad for the forum, I have been merely pointing out that my competitors have just been talking trash but never putting their word where their mouth is.

    Regarding lifting, I have only missed a couple of workout so far and done a hell of a lot of increases, I've posted all training sessions just like I do in my own logbook and posted two vids. I thought we were going to do that too within the competition as mentioned earlier by the other guys as a challenge.

    I feel you I don't plan on posting again until near the end of this competition I have a funny feeling that yeah buddy it's probably doing much better than all three of us because he ain't fucking around on the form all time he's actually taking the time we would waste typing out bulshit and putting it to use in the gym

    Your strong no doubt but I'd suggest lowering the weight, contract your lats, you aren't hitting them at full potential. More or less slinging yourself up, doing half reps would probably put more stress on your lats than what you are doing here. Wide angled grip would also help more, they are harder to do . Nice progress

    It sounds like your not where you want to be strength wise although your a smaller lighter guy(no pun intended at all)

    I se yiu disregarded my post about editing it with shooting someone in the face b/c they can outlift you?! Doesn't mean shit on a competition we all have different genetics!!! High volume compared to HIT or low reps & heavy ass weight - it's a no brainer for mass haha

    Ah I forgot the others. Fixed now.

    I'm happy were in at strength wise. In reality none of us here are, if We were wed just stop lifting at some point.

    Yeah I'd like to bench 500, curl 75s strict, squat 650

    As far As routines, add a different exersise more reps different weight, etc. But it basically stays the same. Metal lifted up and down for a set number of reps

    Thank you for your advice, some questions though as English is my third language. What do you mean sling myself up? I have bad habits from training for strength so my current natural path is just to make sure I go down low enough and stop doing more reps if my chin doesn't go above the bar. Do you think I should cut the ROM at any particular range like the bottom? I can focus very well on contracting the lats with no weight, but do you have any example vid of slinging?

    Keep your back arched, from the start slowly pull yourself up with one motion smoothly. For example, draw an imaginary line from your waisted to the top of the bar vertically straight up and keep your body on that line, don't swing out or in but stay within the plenum I think this will help your gains

    Alright sounds like how I do pulldowns, I put my feet behind my butt in the vertical plane and arch a lot to get a good contraction with elbows ending up slightly backwards. Will do this for pullups with a wide grip too and post a vid next back day. Thanks!

    Awesome advice Cuz! Great catch I saw it but you explained it much better

    I always tell my clients arch the lower back then pop your chest at the peak of contraction but not swinging or swaying like Cuz mentioned it activates the lats to the fullest with elbows in obviously! Elbows out will hit the upper back much more and rhomboids etc

    Something to remember nach, this wannabe stomped your ass when I posted pics for beginning and end after identical workouts. You two did cold start and hot finish shots. Both of you improved greatly. Its called a pump.

    You have a full gym at your disposal and years of knowledge and you got beat by a dumbass redneck lifting in his living room with two bars of free weights.

    Mixed feelings you got there twiglegs, I sense that you're feeling quite some jealousy and have a hard time handling these feelings. Hope I won't trigger you too I am just doing what I do. I can give you some serious advice, focus on yourself and go and do some real lifting. You don't have to post a video of it, everyone gets it you don't have the guts to show what you do, but for a start you can just train legs, they'll grow rapidly considering the starting point. You said you'll beat ifbb pros too, wont do that with twigs for legs. You especially won't do that if you don't have the guts to train legs, that's like the starting point for someone who takes lifting seriously, long before they do cycle after cycle at high dosages.

    When you can not pull yourself up anymore use a box to stand on and hold on a lower as slowly as possible to squeeze the last out of the muscles. Pull-ups is one of the few things I can do this way as it does not require a spotter at all.

    Well back and delts is what I am seriously lacking and I have already added dropsets to delts so might as well add negatives like this for lats. I'm also changing bb row for pendlay row, no more looking for ways to add strength. Thanks!
