    Re: bad pics, I posted good ones too, and if a pic sucked I mentioned it, I have to hold a camera with one hand don't have someone to take pics. One thing I did right is do real poses with my elbows up, not just flexing and pushing my arms on my torso to look bigger.

    Just lean your phone against something chest height and start a video. You can go through the video frame by frame afterword screenshotting the absolute best one where a striation appears for a millisecond.

    Heard from a friend....

    Regarding compounds, still on test e and peptides 2x per day. Not losing fat like I did in my last peptide run so will try to up it to 4x per day. I dont think they've lost potency, they've been in the freezer for a year but they're good quality.

    Diet is pretty much the same but I'm dropping the carb cycling and going for low to moderate carbs like in my first peptide run. Right now I am eating this:
    Meal 1 and 5: 30g whey, 200ml milk, 100-150g frozen berries, 100-150g Greek yogurt, 1tbsp honey, 1tbsp flaxseed oil, 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds, dash of salt

    Meal 2 and 3: 200g chicken breast, 1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, spinach or kale, beans or lentils, 1 tbsp pesto.

    Meal 4 is coffee and whey pre workout.

    Edit: 220g protein 200 carbs 100 fat

    Thought of that too and have found some solutions. New cam too but it fucks up the colour. I'll get it right, worst case scenario I force some guy in the gym lol. Regarding screenshots, my PC is still broken lol have to fix lots of shit, need new Mobo, no time to visit stores when they're open.

    I used a novelty laundry hanger decoration for most of mine. Basically a board hanging from a wire with clothespins hanging down from it.

    Perfect height and flat angle. I advise against setting the camera low. Keep it chest level or above.

Anyone that's done this much knows that strength is sacrificed when you cutting. Maybe you would have more competition if others knew how to bb. I'm currently trying to cut as well, therefore I'm weak as hell. But I could probably add 150 pounds to my bench in 6 weeks if I was power lifting.

    Btw, after seeing a couple of the last few post, I thought I was watching lifetime with the wife!
