Fridge restock this morn. Again.
6 meals per day. Each has 50g protein (but one). That's 7oz steak or chicken breast, half carton egg whites, 10oz ham, etc.
Six! Times! Every! Day!

LISS in morning and afternoon: 4 hours of hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountain. My legs are worn out and I feel like I spent the day at the water park. Fortunately, the cardio was the rope machine and the rower.
I got back just after sunset and there was a ranger at my car, she was kind of pissy. I wanted to complain about the lack of signage but instead I just said the trail didn't comply with my line of travel.Last edited by Quester; 01-05-2019 at 06:51 PM.

This is day 3 out of the gym...first day was regular rest day but yesterday and today I’m resting my back. It feels a little better tonight which has me hopeful

Leg day... And I get a lower back 'pump' so knotted I'm thinking I might have to abort! I'm paranoid about that area being that's my chronic injury zone. Moved to all seated exercises and it slowly let up. Thanks Family guy!

Finally tipped 190 on the scale this morning. Going to head to my apartment fitness center after breakfast for a fuckoff session, dicking around with calves and cables.
Gym here doesn’t open until 1:00pm on Sundays, fuck that shit, and if there’s no barbell, it’s barely a training session worth mentioning.

Hummm The reason i debated getting into this was because I have been injured for a few months now. Bad right shoulder slowly getting better, tweaked my back 3 weeks ago but that's getting better too. I am on track for where I want to go. I know I can do it with diet, lighter weights (moving them slow and higher reps), and cardio. I just need to lose bodyfat while maintaining the muscle I have.
Charger! Looking good! I know we are our hardest critics, so ya you look like shit compared to where you want to be. My advise lots of sugar peak the glocose in your blood stream to give you lots of energy. Before bed every night combine lots of sugar with lots of fat ... you will sleep like a chubby little baby!
