Ok after much debate I am getting in on this one. I need to find some motivation since this is the highest percent body fat I have been in about 8 years. A bunch of shit in my life has gotten in the way and I need to clean it up. Lots and lots of room for improvement.

I looked at your profile Age has already got you in her sights! You are part of the saggy balls club. so now lets show those young uns how it's done. Diet is back on track, no alcohol for awhile, and starting fasted AM cardio 3 times a week. Oh and will be increasing my HRT test cyp to 200mg wk, tren E at 400mg a week, T3 at 80mcg daily, HCG 250iu's twice a week, NAC, Caber, Stane etc etc ....

I know the secret to you winning. The alcohol is a must... and lots of it. It will help give you that dry look through dehydration.
You need to lay back on the cardio so that you do not become overly dehydrated.
The sugar in the alcohol will assist in energy.
