    Go to another gym that doesn’t leg press or hack. Those two exercises have been known to make your legs smaller.

    I see this shit so often. I just can’t fathom it, honestly. I have done so so much stupid shit to my back, in and out of the gym, and I have yet to ever get so much as a minor tweak.

    Guys be all like “don’t lift with a round back or snap city blah blah blah”, and I’m over here like “don’t tell that to guys who lift stones...and quit being a bitch”.

    When it comes to a back, we will not pick on you.... They suck.
    I had a disc removed and screwed up my back in last years comp. it only cost me about 2 weeks so really had little effect. I was lucky.

    Ohhhhh no. You haven’t seen me unshaven sir. I can’t use an actual blade or I end up looking like I have full body herpes with all of the ingrowns. Luckily though, my hair is light enough that just taking it down with head trimmers makes it largely invisible. Never bothered with arms though.
