We need a competing backup house of representative,senate, and president.

When the government shuts down, if the backup legislature and executive can come up with a resolution, WE IMMEDIATELY FIRE ALL OF THE FUCKERS AND REPLACE THEM ALL.

Term limits to start. If the Government shuts down house and senate salary pays for the government workers salaries who aren’t getting paid. Trump is already working for free.

BTW we are holding about $12 billion of El Chapo’s seized money. Use it to build the wall. It’s a no brainer.

That was me yesterday. Gym day is 6 meals+, about 3200cals with a ton of protein n I'm stuffed all day long! I'm already behind schedule stuffing it in today. Blech. Yesterday was non-gym day, 5 meals, about 2600cals and less carbs. Got so hungry I had to split meals n spread them out.... And I still cheated before bed with half a cup of cinnamon toasters. Crap is so much easier to eat than healthy n clean!

God damn it’s hard to stay quit smoking! I used the patch and quit in the middle of December and I barely had 5 smokes in 3 weeks until yesterday. I bought a pack this morning! Fuck! I shouldn’t have done that. I’m gonna toss this pack before I smoke anymore!!

Any ex smokers in this group? Any advice?

I thought I had this thing licked since I felt like I didn’t want or need to smoke then it snuck up on me...

Wifee quit.... Many many times. Then motivation came knocking. And it wasn't me n my nagging.

Her annoying best friend quit! That was it. If she can quit, so can I!!!
