    GH has me feeling like an old man. My legs need to be stretched every time I get up. Getting out of my car is interesting. By the second day I’m fine,but im doing legs again. LOL
    My butt is getting nice and tight. - watch the peanut gallery comment on this!

    I’m at 225 and working back up. I have had numerous people compliment me. I think I look like crap because of my weight however yesterday the light hit me just right that the muscles were causing shading on other parts. It looked real solid. My traps are coming in and you can see the upper trap muscle. I look really good for an all natural. LOL

    My son said that I worked too much. It seems like I am working, working out or officiating. There are not enough hours in a day. LOL

    One of the major things that I have discovered on this journey is breaking up the delt workouts. Since I broke up the front and side delts from the rear delts, I have made major advances by separating them. I never even thought about it. If you want big delts, try doing this. I need to get up at 3 am so I’m going to bed- 3 hours of sleep.

    I am looking big. My clothes are getting too small. My butt seems to be growing the fastest. I like the increase in size however I do not like the weight around my waist.
    As GH has told my all along, “it’s a process”. Legs are feeeling fine sonthat I can go tomorrow and make them hurt again. LOL
    I will be changing up my routine next week. I am looking forward to increasing deca .
    Vascularity is still good in my arms.
    I really need to sleep more, but find it difficult to find time to do everything.

    The GearHead Challenge

    Ok- starting phase II. I’m a little bit concerned because I am taking in 1.5 g’s of test with no AI. I have never come close to this amount before however I am interested to see what happens. I also am using Ment for the first time. Daily injections of 2.6 cc’s.
    Plus Slin, plus HGH. Just call me a pin cushion. Time for more syringes. 7 Slin pins per day.
    Changed up my routine.
    I m super hungry today. I will complete my food for the day by 11:30.

    I am being a little bit of a pussy. I am wearing knee wraps while doing legs. My knees were killing me. They help.
    I officiated so my weight went down again. 227 this morning. I will put on 2 lbs a day now up to 233. I will flatten out at 233.... maybe not with phase 2.... just the weight of the oil is probably 2 lbs. LOL

    According to Seth Feroce that was the dose that almost killed him

    Maybe you should just cruise for awhile and let some of us catch up so we can try it first.

    Going through changes that I didn’t expect. I am hungry as shit. I can’t stop eating. This is definitely not me. I probably ate an additional 1500 calories and only gained 1 lb. under my normal diet, I would gain 2 lbs.
    Today, I killed my workout. I like this! I’m not sure if it’s the test or the trestalone.
    My legs are sore from yesterday, but my knees are not that bad. I have been using knee wraps.
    Damn, I can’t stop eating.
    If things keep going the way they are, you will see a transformed person. I still have plenty of time to further transform for competition. I am planning on competing on July 4th at Venice Beach. I was told the 50+ category is loaded There with quality men. Probably compete in Mexico in July and then try to compete in Cali in December that is a national and pro qualifier.

    if your referring to the post I did where I posted a client AAS protocol to give an example of what phase cycling looks like ,, that actually wasn't Chargers plan , thats another bodybuilder client I have who is in the off season and will be competing next spring.
    At first glance Charger probably recognized it, but when you look into the details its actually quite different (both guys are in the off season mass gaining phase, but Charger is competing later in the year and he's in open bodybuilding really trying to add lots of size right now , the other client is in the off season as well, but he's competing earlier in the year and he's doing classic physique and not the open .. so there are differences)

    Things turned so quickly. I do not know what is happening but GH has started moving the voodoo doll again. I am eating a shit load of calories and I am gaining weight but at a slower pace. I am gaining about .5-1 lb per day and I am consuming at least 1800 more calories. Before I was gaining 2 lbs a day without the 1800. The 1800 calories are from the mass gainer that I won at my last comp. I have never used one before.
    I am feeling really good. The knees are a little sore but not like before. I also believe that I am losing fat- at least my stomach seems a little smaller.

    I eat because I need to eat, not because I enjoy it. I eat chicken for every meal every day (except breakfast). I am going to add in ground turkey just to have something else. My wife’s mouth will water when she sees certain food. I just like my plain Jane food. My son said my oatmeal tastes like cardboard. I am also very fussy. I will not eat egg yolk, veggies are usually raw, no ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.

    My routine is a phase routine where I go mechanical tension and progressive overload. The following week I go metabolite and blood volume.
    My strength is there and I want to keep going at the gym.
    I am looking blocky but I am holding a great deal of water. I can see where my socks ended like it is swelled up.

    Good fucking news, but I do not understand it. GH and his voodoo again is the only explanation. My BP was running in the mid to high 150’s. I took atenolol but that did not seem to have a major effect 24 hours later. Something happened and yesterday I was down in the 140’s and today I was at 135.
    I am taking 1.5 g test, 50 mg daily of ment, 750mg deca , 6 iu HGh, and 25 mg tren daily, T4- 75 mg daily, MK677- 25 mg daily.
    I was expecting my bp to go up.

    How are you liking the ment?

    I hit a heavy dose the first time and really liked it.

    Btw that sent me into the 180's over 107.
    Blood was a little heavy at the time though

    Actually, I didn’t. I was taking the correct amount. I usually calculate it 2-3 times. Just to be sure of my daily source.

    Ok, this must have caused some concern with GH because the voodoo has begun again. LOL. BP was back at high 150’s.
    I have edema. I like using GH’s words so I sound intelligent. It’s pretty pronounced in my legs and I can feel it in my hands today.
    I am going to see if I have diazide to get rid of some of the water.
    Feeling fine with no AI yet. I was sure that I would need one.

    I feel like I’m 90 yo. I just got back from officiating football. I have a Charly horse in my hams. I did hams today. I ran so much today. And most of them were long breaks. Th runner has the ball at the 10 breajks around the corner so I follow him for 90 fucking yards and some asshole kid is holding it comes all the way back. I was pissed. Now Inhad to hurry up and get back.
    It is tough with the extra weight.
    The coach promised me that he wouldn’t argue with me. LOL
    They are calling me Lou Ferigno.
    I stop at COSTCo for gas and the attendant says nice muscle car- speaking of muscles..... he starts talking about the deca test cycle he did once. He said he gained 30
    Lbs of muscle. - he wished that he was able to get another one. He was older than me so that was decades ago.
    I’m thinking that he is thinking I’m a juice head and the. He says keep going the healthy way. LOL

    How many days a week do you train and run around coaching?
    What im thinking: I have heard a bunch of pros say the times they grew the most is when they cut back from training 6 days a week to 4-5 (more rest).
    It's person dependant though, you hear Arnold always trained 6 days a week, but other BBers needed more recovery time to grow. Just a thought to kick around
