Spoke with my Dr. this morning. Looks like a decent strain with just a small amount of blood pooling. Not a true tear, so that's good. A tad painful, but tolerable. Turned down the codeine, hopefully don't regret it.
Activity as tolerated and she encouraged me to stay mobile, but throttle things back a bit, so we'll see.
If there's any more popping or pinching sensations, I'm supposed to get back in the office. Work tonight, but supposed to be off the holiday.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Second last workout

Eccentric start good morning 170 x 3,3,3
Glute ham raise +25kg x 10,10,8

Last workout DB bench 60kg x 4,4,3
DB Incline 45x11,11
Reverse ezbar curls 35x12
Felt quite some fatigue and pulled something when doing dumbbell benches, I need to train my forearms more... Felt some nerve pain radiating from left forearm to bicep and shoulder. Later on went to shoulderblade. Over now but definitely need some deload. In two days sled push only, in 4 days light db bench on medicine ball for time and pullups, and on 6 days deadlift day.
New long term planning, 6 weeks training 1 week deload.

Worked back and ran 6k yesterday. Today I cleaned up this area of tree's and stuff. Took a few hours so counted that as my workout. 2h drive back to the house anyways so not much time.

Class, she did back shoulders and traps. She put some pind in my right trap acupuncture to loosen it up a bit.
One out she got dug in fuck me it was goot a big pop came from it. Also she said my left side of my back was a lot tighter then my right. She was asking anlbout my bi as like i said i know her from tbe gym and talked to her before about it.
As it is fine just now she did not want to do any work on it just in case it fucked something up. I get up during the night easy 3 times, i kid you not i went out like a light ladt night. Must have just been the sun eork then getting that done. Loved it, next time i'll get the same but bi's and legs done too.

triceps
v bar push downs
3 warm up sets
1 feel set
1 working set plus 2 drops - hitting the lower end rep range
seated French press db
2 feel sets
1 working set to failure - felt good and had to place it on my shoulder on the last rep
machine dips
2 working sets - higher end reps to failure
Biceps
straight bar curls
3 warm up sets
1 working set plus 2 drops - low end reps again
machine concentration curls - single arm
2 feel sets
1 working set to failure with 2 forced and 2 negs
hammer curls
