Well holy fck.
Tonight was chest first time in 4 weeks starting with that muscle group.
Incline db pressing warm up x3 then two heavy sets and one drop felt good and strong sets felt pumped.
Then to mix it up completely we did yates flies heavy and slow eeps x 2 sets.
Decline bench above truly sore at this stage, work pissed me off today as I got complained about over something stupid so when the pain began the rage was ignited when I was feeling tired hammered some tough sets.
Then flat bench was completely drained, the blood was flowing the pain was instense but the mind muscle control was at its highest I powered into a great two set finish was strong truly epic.
Then 15 mins cardio

Well I've had the past week off to rest my wrist and in the process I've dropped 6lbs thanks to a root canal that's decided it needs more work. Have an appointment with an oral surgeon in an hour, gonna stop off and pick up a pair of wrist wraps on the way.

Just in continuation to dpyles post about loosing 6lb's in a week how many of ye loose weight like that over a week?
Personally for me, my weight generally stays equal even when off training the weight stays pretty much on the level.

I'm getting better at not getting on a scale. I'm doing things by how I look and feel more so than trying to hit or maintain a certain weight. For example I thought on Sunday I looked great. Full and vascular. Thin skin. I said get on the scale you gotta be 210lbs plus. I was 194. Kel has been beating it in my head. I think it finally took root and is growing. Lol

Can't wait, picked up a set of wrist wraps, so chest is on for tomorrow. Gonna feel it out, but hopefully they'll be what I need to get back in the gym, as this is a recurring injury mostly from pushing and pulling in awkward positions at work.

Hope that wrist does right for you, Dpyle!! Worked over this morning and headed in early tonight. Hitting the shop for a chest session before I go to work.

Decline d'bell press-1 w/u, Work-5-1-.5
Chest feels like someone planted their foot in my back, grabbed my hands, and tried to pull my arms out of socket...Sweet!!!! It will be interesting to see how sore I am in a couple of days. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Pre exhaust is awesome. I did legs yesterday, weighed lunges is my new favorite lift. After a few sets my squats were light but felt heavy as hell.
