That was it. This whole not working out several days in a row and having time off seems to have some merit to it. Tuesday was the last time I worked out till today. 9 days off before that. I may go to a 1 a month schedule. No no I won't.
Thx guys it means a lot. I may be brave enough to show the wheels next week.
I'm on maintenance dose of melatonin 2 now. I'm getting dark as hell. Love it.

I'm supposed to be off at least until Sunday night unless something goes t!ts up @ work. May get lucky and be off until Mon. night. Got an incredible amount of stuff to catch up on here @ home....mainly outside. I plan to hit legs sometime tomorrow and will post up my lift afterwards. Will be checking in periodically and hope everyone has a safe weekend/ holiday.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

.5 mg a day for a week
1mg a day for 2 weeks. My wife started asking if I was going to a tanning bed
2 mg for a week. Everybody I saw ask where I'd vacationed. The only blotches are on the inside of my lower lip. Really weird looking. But you can't see them.

Did chest and did a good warm up
Incline db press 3 sets to fail
flat db press 2 sets to fail + 1 drop
cable x overs 3 sets to fail
Was a very good work out guys. On the db pressing both i just brought my elbows just past level with my body and i got a very good stretch in the chest.

Legs tonight savage work out.
Did pre exhaust tonight.
Leg extensions warm up and then x2 heavy sets and two dropsets.
Hamstring pulls x2 heavy sets and x2 drops
Leg press x3 sets lightish no drops
Lunges x3 set light
Was fast and hard felt good feed and recover

Cuz...well, yesterday was back and I started with wide-grip chins. Pretty weak here, so I did 5 sets of 5-perfect form. II've been doing a good back routine, but my lats have never been this sore. The pump was incredible. I'll keep starting with these, then maybe add some weight down the road. Thanks again, champ

Arms later don't know if it will be bi's or tri's. I used to do both together but now i like just training one at a time so i can really focus training that one muscle.

Ok did bi's had a good warm up and did a bit stretching aswell i need to do more i know it is important so need to get the finger out here.
Cable preacher curls 4 sets to fail + 1drop to fail
seated bb curls ez bar 3 sets to fail
Did some hammer curls not much though as i was fvcked lol will start with these next time again don't know if form was ok so i'll have to check DY out and see.
Bi's are fried what a burn they are sore the now and i did them about 2hour

Since all the VETS post in here, im curious to know what your biggest cycles have been. Cuz, Cape, marcus, etc. If your willing to tell the truth, and i know a lot of noobies visit the Q@A section as opposed to in here so may be a better place. Currently im 110kg at 13-14% im gaining as much size as possible and the size of some of these mini pros inspire me! Im currently on
750 eq(not sure i rate this tbh, first time using it and hasnt increased my hunger like i thought it would, well really what im using it for)
1gram of deca (normally run it at around a gram because i gain some good weight on it)
and 250mg of test just for maintenance.
Now im thinking of adding in some tren e, probably a high dose like 1200mg ive run up to 800mg before and i dont get any sides from tren and ive tried many doses and many different labs.
Ive used many anabolics at all different doses and cycles and durations and im on TRT so i have quite some experience.

I've experimented a lot with different cycles, compounds and dosages and like many know I'm a big believer in short burst cycles and in my younger days when I was bulking I would use some large dosages. The most I've used was around 5g (5000mgs) per wk of AAS plus 15 ius of Hgh. Newbie’s shouldn't think these types of dosages are needed because they aren't and it was just a experimental phase I was going through. There is a sweet spot for everyone and this is what I was trying to do with experimenting with high short burst cycles. The rewards vs the risks!!!
Nowadays I only use small amounts of AAS and normally works out to be once or twice per year. Even though remarkable things can happen when you start getting into the high dose cycles I can speak from experience that its the training and diet what makes the biggest difference. More isn't always better but many do think that the answer is in some secret cycle or drug what makes guys super human but in reality its not. Don't get me wrong remarkable amazing things can happen when you start going into certain dosages but you have to be very careful and know the risks involved.
Its not some secret cycle or dosage what separates the monsters walking this earth to the rest, its how they train and how they eat what makes them special. Learn those skills and you have the tools to create something different what shines above the rest of the crowd.
