Little bit behind with my dieting, but so far ive lost roughly 6kg, can see it thru the midsection and a tad on my face.
Last few days have been off track due to birthdays and work functions, but back onto it today, try and get 2 cardio sessions in aswell as weights. Cooking my oats now, switched from cereal to oats with fruit. Counting calories and macros.
Goal is roughly 5 weeks off, time to get serious as i said im a tad off. NEED to tighten it up a tad.

I know it's no big deal to anyone else, but missed my Monday trt dose waiting on my new vial. Got it yesterday and decided to do both doses. I usually inject hcg with my test so I went ahead with both doses and hcg in a single injection. 1 full ml, did it IM. I run trt sub q, and I've never injected that kind of volume (never cycled before).
Long story short, 1ml and it went smooth. No worries for my future cycle now

I was due for my second dose. Im sure it wouldn't have been any problem to just skip Mondays dose, but I did it anyways.
sub q is easier to do the injections. My blood work showed no absorbtion issues, serum levels were over 1000 on 75mg e3.5 sub q.
Another reason I wanted to go ahead and do both doses, I wanted to see if I could pin a ml without any problem. and I did (granted 300ml was hcg )

I understand that. I know running a cycle will be completely different. Just glad to know I could do it.

Not trained for 3 days due to being busy at work. Eating everything and anything at the moment and taking a few days to pile the cals in. Pains everywhere which is nothing new I'm old and past it. Sunday is my day back in the gym cant wait

Hit legs today. Used a pb for the leg press, rest paused 5 then 3 1/2.. got halfway up with the 4th rep and my legs gave up. Felt great. Going to pound a shake, going to a cookout in an hour, I hope the host is making enough food. Even better would be if he grills some chicken. That would be awesome

Had a day off this weekend. The wife's b'day is coming up this week so I strayed from my diet. Nothing terrible, but ate more than I should. Back to the usual diet now and aiming to get in a lift this morning. Went for a haircut yesterday morning. Got a compliment from the girl that cuts my hair...it seems my upper back is hanging over the sides of her chair more than in the past.

What weight are you currently Marcus? I remember reading when you memtioned earlier in the thread 260/270lbs was hard on you to just move around?
I was at a bb show yesterday there was a chap there 5ft 8 I'd say give or take but he was literally eatting every hour on the hr. He was big and very lean. I've never seen anyone his size or bigger put away that much food constantly at a guess he would have been 240lb's. There was bigger guys than him there but not eatting as much as him so just got me thinking who was right and who wrong. The bigger guys who were eatting less regularly or the constant eatting guy??

Seated db curls 2working drop 2 working 1drop
Incline db curl 2 working 1 drop
Db isolation curls 2working 1 drop
It went well guys i thought i would be alot weaker so well chuffed. seated curls was same weight as last bi session but the incline i struggled on that but i got weight up on the isolation curls so not all that bad

Unfortunately, no chicken at the cookout last night.
So I put away a number of hot dogs.
I regret nothing

I am around 250-255lbs at the moment the 270 mark was too heavy for me and I was struggling with many things. I didn't feel healthy and I look bigger smaller anyway.
I eat a lot I have to maintain my muscular tissue, I also have to train extremely hard and intense to keep everything in place otherwise if I drop one of the two things I start to lose. Its hard to maintain when you get over 220lbs and takes a lot of effort to eat that much and keep eating that much to keep it stabilized. When I was a lot light I would over eat and stretch my stomach many many times when I was cycling. I even did 24hr feeding to get over a sticking point but in those days I was a little obsessed with getting big and would do anything to be bigger than the normal guy.
I roughly eat every 3 hours I am up early so I can get the food in and if any time I don't have the time to eat like in certain situations at work what I may get in I will drink the calories it makes no difference to me so long as I get the require pro and carb in to feed and maintain my muscle tissue. I don't really ever get hungry and I eat bland food all the time it doesn't bother me at all but I am not as strict anymore in what I eat these days I will have a eat what I want day per week but yrs ago I wouldn't I was 100% all the time for years.
The bigger you get the harder it is to maintain and that's were a lot fail because they cant maintain after a cycle what they did on cycle, the motivation goes the appetite goes and the end result is many drift back to the size they were pre cycle. I was the same stuck in the circle but once I learnt about the tools I needed to overcome this that's when the really big size started to appear but its not easy being 255lbs but its worth it when you turn heads when your walking down the street.

Ive tried many but the 3 hour eating suits me and I guess you have to find out what works for you. Like ive said I am not as strict as I use to be anymore. Ive tried many ways to feed the body but Ive found eating regular and consistent is the key to maintaining and building. Majority of the new books what come out these days is on dieting rather than bulking and in all honesty I laugh at most of them because they are just the same old shit trying to sell a new theory which we all know is BS its simple its all about calories in calories out and monitoring your body. I will say it again like I have all the way through this thread many guys waste to much muscle tissue away with these stupid diets, they build new tissue just to diet it away and then they ask why they can't gain serious size. Once Ive build new tissue I will not just waste it away. Dieting is done slowly to preserve tissue.
You want to be bigger than anyone else? you want to turn heads when you walk down the street? you want to feel that shirt sleeve get so tight its nearly ripping when you life your arm up? you want guys in the gym stop and watch you train? you want to be freaky big?
If the answer to any of the above is YES just train harder and more intense than anyone else, eat more than anyone else, don't do these stupid calorie restricted diets and have the motivation to keep doing this over and over again until you reach your goal

Started off with back/hip/leg stretching again for about 15 minutes, then R/C, broomstick stretches, and popped traps and held them to get the blood flowing.
D'bell shoulder press-2w/u, Work-7.5,drop x fail, drop,1.5,drop, 3.5
Seated side lateral-2 w/u, Work-5.5,drop,1.5,drop,1.5-3.5
Rear lateral-2 w/u, Work-5.5, drop,1.5,drop,3.5-1.5. Held negative on last half rep for a slow 6 count.
B'bell shrugs-2 w/u, Work1(front)-4,drop,7.5. New weight on these, I used straps today, normally I don't. Work2 (rear)-6,drop,7
Felt like I had a tad left in the tank, so I grabbed some d'bells and cranked off 7 slow reps. (3 count up and a 5 count on negative). Feeling very satisfied w/this session. 43 minutes not counting the stretching.Last edited by almostgone; 10-13-2014 at 10:59 PM.

Did chest and bi's this morning. My sister came to live with me so she's my new training partner. She noticed I was sinking my sternum while benching and doing flys. I corrected the issue and felt more burning in my chest than ever before. It was a great fvcking workout.
Now I hafta work all day lol
