So was seriously motivated tonight doing shoulders, had a few things on my mind from work to women so had a fire and a desire to destroy some weight.

    Started with hammerstrength shoulder pressing.

Banged out a few warm up sets the feeler set was light as fck so was really gearing up for a heavy controlled set hit a pb for pressing was crazy how good it felt knocked out a dd but it was really just forced reps I was that fatigued.

Bb plate shrugs great burn. One heavy set dd as above.

Farmers walk my fav exercise the burn and intensity and challenge it is to do these is immense love them.

Then supersetted front and side raises was crazy the burn all done in 40 mins its cold over here and steam was pouring outta me lol

Got a question. Marcus and others, im on tren e atm and have my holiday in 4 weeks so i plan on stopping the tren 1 week befoer my holiday so in 3 weeks time because i dont want it in my system as its giving me headaches and pretty average sleep etc. Ive been offered to switch 3 of my tren e vials for 3 tren ace vials dosed at 100mg/ml. Which means i can run it up until a day or two before my holiday so gives me a few extra days. Should i switch over to tren A?

Owwwwww..... That last shoulder lift was good one. Traps feel like they've been flailed with a logging chain. Shoulders are achy, but traps are on another level. Might be the result of the mini set of slow d'bell shrugs @ the end and the weight increase on b'bell shrugs.

I like winstrol in the right stack, I tend to run it for smaller periods of time because longer runs with it gives me joint issues.

I would just let the tren E self taper out of your system, seeing that this cycle is all for the holiday I personally wouldn't run tren A right up to day before your go on holiday and then have a drop of hormones while on holiday. Your going to stop the tren e a week before you go away so 7 days worth of tren a isn't going to do anymore for you.

Don't touch that crap, its a poison and will microwave your inside's, there are far better ways to rid fat than using something what can kill you and cause serious health problems, it will also rip through muscle tissue like a hot knife through butter. Throw it away

Good stuff...and interesting!!! Thanks, Marcus. I see the wide handle was used for low pulley rows. Think I may try out that today instead of using the V-shaped handle/chinning handle/Tbar row handle.
Had planned to lift yesterday but spent part of my morning running trespassers off of my land and the neighbor's property. I'm all for responsible game management and of course I have a beard so I'm a firearm guy .....but these a-holes that just hunt wherever they feel like without permission or knowledge of the surrounding areas just piss me off. They probably are too dumb to even be a proper gimp.

I use the wide bar often it just hits other areas of the back, I always no matter what bar concentrate on the squeeze at the contraction and try and imagine cracking a walnut between my shoulders blades and lats, if you get the squeeze and contraction you can get a real mind muscle connection going which is extremely important when doing back.

After watching some video's this morning with Dorian I went and did some chest, I decided to hit my chest with some pre exhaust and then half way through went into supersets. I lowered the weight on the compound movement but went straight into them after the isolation exercise. It felt great and the pump was insane.

That's something I've gotten better at since I started lifting with y'all and I feel it's the reason why my back has responded better than other areas of my body.
LOL, some of the foreign guys at work that are from one of our parent companies that have seen my ink call me "Wallpaper" as a nickname now. I guess next to them I am kind of wide.

Strain or a pull for all that heavy work your doing, try a 2 week pullback see if it helps.

i know this question was directed at Marcus but if there is pain most definitely pull back. If your shoulders go your whole upper body will suffer and your squatting. I would just work bands and get a full range of motion with no pain before I started direct shoulder work again. If you are flat benching you may want to X that out as well and use dumbbells. Hopefully you get right soon bro.

I agree with MP, just pull back and give it time to heal. I know that's sounds stupid coming from a guy who's had a shoulder injury months now because I carry on training but just pull back for a couple of week and lower the weights and stay away from any movement what agitates the issues

Will do guys. Never did one since starting this kind of training. MP i don't do bench press it's a move that has always gave me bother with shoulders so i use db mostly.

    250 hcg 2x a week
    T3 80mcg ed

Did that for 4.5 weeks. Drop tren about a week ago.

Dropped the tren...worried about my BP. Already went to docs about the bp issue. But felt it was best to stop the tren anyways.

Now I feeling lethargic. ..honestly kinda lost motivation in the gym. I still go. But definitely do not have the intensity I did before.

Also two different days this week....my entire body "hurt" like aching everywhere.

Maybe just time for a pull back as well.

Maybe even drop the t3? First time using it.

    Bloods next week btw
