Seated bb press. Couple very light behind the head sets. Then normal press after.
Leaning db laterals
Super set of behind back laterals cables into front raise cable into face pulls.
Bent over cable laterals
Front back shrugs

Used to hit tri-sets a lot... Like for triceps - skull crushers into pullovers into a burnout set of CG presses after... Just an ex - I really think you utilizing S/S's and tri sets will keep your intensity up while lowering the load...
How'd DB side laterals feel then hitting that tri-set of behind back cable side laterals/front laterals/face pulls go? I'm maxed out on my cable weight for face pulls so I pre-exhaust them then hit em...

It was tuff. Nach....it was alot of lateral work but I was trying to switch things up for delts. I feel like I've been doing the same routine. Even when I pre exhaust. ..same excersise just switched order.
I'm loving the leaning db laterals though. And facepulls I have the movement down and feeling the burn nice. No where near whole stack though.
Delts were popping too when all pumped up.

Chest Exploded!!! FUC*k YEA!! Felt good today in the gym. This was one of the shortest workouts I have had. 46min weight time. I was moving and was just in the fu*cking zone today. Chest feels nice and full right now. Legs are sore as hell. Now I have to go to freaking work.
Next week I think I am going to switch it up and move to BB movements. I haven't done BB presses besdie Decline in 5 weeks. So thinking about changing it to that. Or I might try the pre exhaust with DB.

Just hit triceps today, hard heavy and intense.
Full range of motion hitting the short and long heads
added a few drops but nothing to crazy, backs of my arms felt like a bulls back leg

Chest Pre-Exhaust S/S flys into presses getting stronger on the presses after flys(defo tough hitting the higher end rep range w/flys first... I feel the flys are shaping/building my chest up nicely! I'll stay with this for a lil while(especially while on my pullback)
Stretching abs RC ex's more stretching etc
Pec dec
2 warm ups - 2w drop holding squeeze for 3+sec
Slight incline - flys/presses
2warm ups - flys/presses(reps) 2w(90s) 11/8 - 8/dropped to 80s for press(7) fvking brutal
reg incline - flys into presses
2warm ups - 1w(75s) 10/5 drop(70s) 8/6 my presses are a killer after flys - FVKING love it!
Weights done in 24min - I felt my Lats were very fatigued after yesterday's back session when locking/pulling my shoulder blades in/together etc - another good session - starting to feel like I can push even more... Will keep working back up to it or I'll pay
