Dang sorry to hear about all of that guys! Nach and Haz!!!
Played 9 holes today. Had a great time. I swing the club so many times I could have played 36. Doing a back workout then going to play golf... makes for funny times.
It was all in fun.
Going to hangout with the wife tonight. Might try and get back on and lurk some. Just because I love this Sh*t. She thinks I love the gym more than her. I always come back say you and that F*cking crossfit shit. We give each other hell all the time.

I only say this b/c they each hit the back at different angles - so it's always good to rotate em at the beginning(if your working from top to bottom(that's something AG presented to me and it fit me very well) not to say you can't start with rows either... Many different approaches! But utilizing them all is best, imho

Works been crazy guys, taking a lot out of me.
Did chest tonight and not even worth posting about. got through it but nothing special at all.
Funny ass work story though the other night.
After we were closed basically but these 3 guys have been sitting in our lounge for 3+hrs gambling at their table. Our top guest kept asking to join.....they finally let him in the game. Within 30 mins or so, the guy was down $20k!!! Tells them he has $10k more in the car lets keep going. Anyways he gets most back up to about 3500. But he says hes won it all back. So now they start arguing. Ok the guy down is maybe late 30's, other 3 guys are mid 60s to be fair.
Younger guy trys to grab money out of the older gents pocket...they start arguing younger pushes older. At that point manager kicks them out. once outside, younger dude, pushes older to the ground, manager thought he hit his head on the marble so she proceeds to call the cops. Now younger guy grabs ALL the guys money straight from his pocket and goes to his porche to drive away. The older guy gets back up, runs to the car, starts pulling guy out of car, cant get him all the way out. Proceeds to beat the shit out of him. Slamming guys head and body with the car door.
Some how gets broken up and they are all gone by the time cops arrive.
People are freaking crazy lol....I just wished I was there to video tape it all. lmao

Glad to see you ol dogs are still pushing hard.
I've been hiding. Still following a power lifting schedule, my goal was to press 300 lbs for my 30th birthday. Regretfully, i didn't make it. I came off my chest good, made it halfway and the tris just couldn't finish.
I'm gonna dig the old log book out, but I'm pretty certain I added 60 lbs to my bench in a year. Not great, but I'm still a small guy (6'1 188 currently).
Since that deals passed, it's time to add some mass. So im back to the h.i.t. platform. Feels good to rep heavy weights again

bloods have come back and not good my RBC is 58%, looks like I am just a blood making machine I wonder why I get so pumped up and my arms pump up over a inch lol.... seriously going to donate and I am still under the consultant
I feel smaller this week, bf is creeping up which I know it was going to do by my diet over the last few days, very in tune with my body but will get this under control over the next few days.
really want to go on cycle, short cycle but cant due to my bloods and the constant blood work I am getting, last thing I want is them stopping my trt.
But on a good note, I am still big, thick and extremely strong mother fuking cvnt what turns heads so that's positive surely!

Decline hammer strength press: 1 feel, 1 working with RP.

Morning fellas!! Back and Lats are sore sore. Chest is still a little sore. I am over my funk I have been in the last two days of stress. Bodacious is back at it! I am going to to murder my shoulders today! My mind set is on kill today. So we will see how it goes. I usually hit delts then traps going to switch it up and do traps then delts today.
Then I am going to come home and relax pretty much rest of the day. Will be lurking on and off. The weekends is a little hard for me to get on as much. Everyone have a good start to your Saturday.

Leg session a success i'd say.. Only thing is I went too soon after meal 1 so I felt like I would have been a bit stronger a little later in the day and I was a little nauseous from the food. Just have a lot to do today so no time to lolligag.
That may be the first time I've ever said lolligag. Hope everyone had a kick a$$ day.

Incline DB curls
DB behind the neck press ups
Hammer curls
Triceps push downs
reverse curls
finished off with hammer strength incline preacher curls holding each rep at the peek of the contraction for 5-10 seconds
20 minutes low intensity cardio and done

Dips 3 sets only getting 7-8 reps

Smashed shoulders today! I have to say it was a pretty good workout.Finally, it just felt good today! My mind was right before I even walked in. I was gassed at the end and felt like I made my shit grow today!
Now I am going to eat a ton and rest for the rest of the day. I need to get THICKER!I will get thicker! I am just starting. Haz,Nach I am coming lol!!! Going to have to step up my eating game for sure! I can't seem to eat 4k cals a day! LOL

Start eating - you have the frame to be a beast... It's tough being that tall but if achieved you'll dwarf anyone 5-10 and up... I see your talking and walking it... That's a huge part - sure you just started HIT. But it will reward you like no other if you watch, listen and take in everything within this thread!

Hey fellas.
Starting a Deca /Test Cyp cycle today. Being that they are both long ester, should I taper the calories up slower for this bulk? Say 100/day up to 1000 increase from my maintenance intake? Then just adjust based on results every 2 weeks thereafter.
Update: injuries nearly fully recovered. Back to training HIT now just in time for cycle and bulk.
230, 6', 34, 13% bf, bench 320, squat 435, dead 465.
