    Chest

Slight Incline DB Press 1WU 2F 10,7 reps 1W 5 + 1F +1N (New weight) Went up last two weeks.

    Incline DB Press 2F 10,8 reps 1W 5 + 1F + 1N (Same as above)

    Decline BB 2F 10,8reps 1W 5 +2F Same as above)

    Incline Hammer Machine 1F 10 1W 6 + 2F

    DB Flat Flys 1F 1W 9 + 2F DS 4

    Incline DB Flys 1F 1W 9 +2F

    Machine Under flys 1W 9 DS 3 DS 3

Stair Climber for 15 min and was done.

It was a good workout, a few thing happened I have questions on. The workout its self was great. I went up in weight from last week and reps on working sets. Pretty much on all of my pressing movements. Here is the thing though I had to go down on my flys this week. I was spent. I truly think I hit failure on some of my lifts today for the first time. I was seeing shit at the end of some of the pressing movements. I don't know if I won to say, where had to drop weight on my flys. Also another thing I didn't get that really good pump today I don't know if that matters really or not. Like I said the workout was great. I did get a pump just not the best one. I did have a veins popping today though! Thanks guys. Love this shit.

I don't know if this is good or bad man. Might want to be careful to say. To me it sounds like your going to failure for sure. If you can stop at this point every time.It might be a good thing. Just be careful man.

After my session today I had my sis snap a pic for reference down the road as the show gets closer. Lats seem wide and thick. Arms are 19 3/8"

You will get thicker mate but honestly I think you got a bit of a complex with it because your thick as fuk from what I can see. Just keep hitting those compound movements and work on the lagging bodyparts to create the illusion.

Take some credit you deserve it, your big, thick and got some serious structure going on.

    Lmfao I must

My left quad is responding amazingly to the single leg leg press. It's starting to show growth. I'm going to keep hitting heavy squats, hacks, reverse v's and I'm only using my left leg on the leg press but keeping it towards the middle to hit where it's atrophied.

Looks good Haz. Great base. I look forward to seeing your progress toward your competition. And stop whining about looking thin cause that's not the case at all.

The next few weeks are going to be a real killer for me. I leave for Florida in about 10-11 days. I'll be training at Ian Harrison's gym for two weeks and then I'll have a few days off as I'm taking my daughter to Disney. After that I'm driving back home and as fate would have it..... I'm stopping in Maryland to train with Igi. I'm making one stop in South Carolina and I'll be there for a few days. I'm hoping to find a gym nearby.... I'm sure it won't be an issue. I don't want to miss a ton of time out and I have to stay sharp for Igi haha. I was hoping to train with Jason Huh while in Florida also but I've contacted him twice and haven't gotten a response so that's probably out

Your going to have a huge problem Haz training with Ian then going Disney, if he puts you through Paul's clave workout what Ian and paul use to do you wont be walking around Disney but I do know they have disabled electric carts so you will be fine and you'll get on the rides first,

I've got a couple neighbors who do it occasionally. They say it's much harder than it appears. I'd like to find the time to do something to improve my flexibility as it sucks. Static stretching is just f'n boring as hell.

This is something I need to look into honestly. I am NOT flexible at all. I can't even get into a side tricep pose without it being noticeably difficult.

The kid he's training now to go pro suffers from what I hear lol.

I did calves one time where I held dumbells and did 100 reps of calve raises. I couldn't walk for 3 days. I shocked the hell out of them. I'm scared to imagine what that routine entails to be that bad. That's how you get them to grow tho!

Never done yoga but I actually do quite a bit of stretching, not only prior to training but every morning as well. Helps me get the blood flowing and warm in the AM, otherwise I often feel like I'm going to pull something. I don't know much about yoga but I know it has its benefits.

I'm still here guys.. Not able to post a lot as I've been slammed at work. This is budget season so it will be non stop for me through the rest of the month. Still at it though. Just downed a shake laced with a triple espresso (AG inspired) and about to go in for arms.

Another big congrats to our new "HIT Monitors"
    Well done, guys.

Faster I would say not harder. Might have been lack.of nutrition from night before come to think about it. Got killed at work last night.

    Sorry took long to repy.

Played my first 18 holes in about 9 years. Paired up with these two multi millionaires. Guy told me he had like 5 houses lmao. Good for my buisness though. Coming into restaurant this weekend and next week also already.

Tell u what though 18 holes takes a toll on yo lol. I'm sore and tired as shit

I agree guys. I got into golf many years back and was okay, and have some friends that got really good and would want to go out every weekend and spend $2-300 on golf.. No thanks. Too expensive and I'm just not that good at it. Lol.

Still do it for business networking but only because I have to.. Don't really enjoy it, tbh. I live on a course (my backyard is the 8th hole fairway), and my neighbor asked me to go a couple weeks ago and I told him I'd go if we play 9 and then drink some bloody Mary's and he was hellbent on playing 18 so I didn't go. Lol. I have my hobby.

Agree it's expensive for sure. Nice that you live on a golf course though. Maybe one day we will. Lol... Most of the time if I get to play. I only play nine, 18 takes to long for me. I work so freaking much I can't do nothing. Gym or play golf....golf doesn't have a chance in hell.
