    I have also.

I am an Automation Technician. Pretty much just program welding and spot welding robots and work on them if they have a problem. The 18 Wheeler's you see going down the interstate that are Volvo's are the ones we build.

That's a pretty damn good job. U only program or do u ever weld. Welding is an amazing trade to have.

My family has always owned (until recently..last generation past it) sheet metal companies. My grandfather actually helped build a piece or parts for one of the ABOMBS we used in WW2

    Nice. That's pretty cool.

Started out as a welder went to school for welding. Then I got interested in the robots and after I had sometime in with my company. I took all the test required to get an entry level job to work on the robots. Then I ran with it from there. I told myself I wanted to be the best at it(I was the youngest I was the new guy but that didn't stop me). I didn't want to rely on anyone. I studied and studied made mistake on top of mistake but I didn't give up.Hell still make them. I don't know everything that's for sure. I learn everyday. Its almost like this HIT I ****ing love it. I will get it and I will run with it. I have my mind set and no one is going to change it. I'll mess up and learn and repeat. Once I get it though I have it. I am just getting started. I am here for the long run.

Sorry just kinda went on. LOL

Ok finished the hypers, got extremely light headed. Then basically fell to one knee. Gave it 30secs to a min tried to stand back up....same thing dizziness and right back down. Found a seat and sat for 5 mins.

Any ideas? Hypers and all blood rushing to my head?
Slow it down a tad, Sfla. Maybe an extra couple.of minutes between hypers and deads. I sometimes get the same feeling. I think it is what you said, the blood pooling during hypers.

Now I didn't do it HIT style lol lol but have you guys ever done any? did it help you in any way?

I am one big arse lump of a man and my flexibility is getting worse and the pains from all over my body are getting to me, been off cycle for a long time now and wont be going back on for another 3-4 months.
Never done yoga, but I do try to keep a certain amount of flexibility. I seem to get injured when I don't, and I don't sleep or recover as well. Since I am somewhat of a large "lump" myself, I need my flexibility for work, depending on what I am doing. Rested well today and probably ate a bit too much, but it was all quality calories. Working over in the morning a few hours in hopes.that I will get a day off this weekend. Legs/glutes/lower back are still sore from the hack squat incident, but it is a good soreness. If I don't work too late, I will be hitting arms tomorrow.

Lol, you just described a taller versiom of me. Had to bring a buddy last night to help reattach the alternator pulley on the gt4 as his hands and fingers are much more compact than mine lol

Morning all!!! Chest is fried from yesterday!! Didn't think it was going to be but ol'boy its toasted. Puts a smile on the face. Today going in for cardio and stretching. Need some rest, my body is beat pretty good. I have a few things I have to get done before hand. Also got BW back last night will try and get that out. Looks like everything came back find my E2 is on the lower side but nothing major at all. Just lower than pre cycle BW by a few numbers. Anyways hope everyone has a good day. Wish good workouts for everyone!!

    Morning all

Really busy today myself - had a decent delt/trap pullback in and out in 27min... I'm planning on chest tomorrow... Going with 2on 1off... Have a great day everyone!

I can't wait till my body feels 100%... I definitely pushed on way to much(long w/out a pullback - even my pullbacks aren't where they need to be imho) - listen to your bodies everyone!

Whew, off work now. Working tonight, but I think I will get a day off this weekend. Defo trying to get in a arm lift tonight..Elbows are still complaining a bit. Thinking I may toss in a smidge of NPP with my blast.
Already know I'm working Thanksgiving and the day after and am honestly considering pushing my blast out until early Dec.

Fvcked up my legs REAL good...... I dry heaved at the gym and my tear drops and sweeps are on fire. I skipped full squats and did extremely heavy hack squats with a double drop on the last set. I fell to the floor after that and dry heaved as I tried to catch my breath.

I'm home now and feel sick as a dog...... If I didn't stimulate growth today then I never will
