Clocking in today fellas!!! My legs are sore sore. Can't hardly walk. They fxking hurt. It's been a long time since they have felt like this.I think my legs are so tight and sore that its bothering my back. So I am going to stretch a little extra today. Chest is nice and sore and still full from Wednesday.

Enough of the fxking crying, Have to get BW done today then off to the gym to murder my back session. Going to destroy it.

Hope everyone has a good Friday!

Did some more posing today.... Had better lighting. I actually saw myself as a viable competitor..... I needed that. I always feel too small but today I was full and vascular. I went through the poses and I looked symmetrical. My back is WIDE lol. I just need more thickness. Overall I was very pleased.

Smashed back!!! Back pump is real. Love this shit!!!! I walked in and was just feeling so so. Then I started thinking to myself. More I was thinking the more pissed off I would get. Then I got in the zone to where I didn't even know what the fxk was going on I was crushing it. Bomb could have went off and I wouldn't have realized it. Those weighted hypers ...wow thanks for the input on them. You know who you are. Will post workout later. Thanks for everything guy/gals.(Monsters/Queens).

Have a good day! Its Friday, thank god.

    Shoulders tonight great set up.

    Lots of pressing tonight.

Started off with the seated shoulder press machine 2 sets heavy one drop.

Then onto standing db presses felt good love how different these style of pressing is on your muscles. Again 2 sets but hard fought I have to say.

Then hammerstrength press machine loaded a few plates on banged out two hard sets with one useless drop.

Then superset front and side raises.

    Legs tonight for mw....good session

    Seated calves

    Lying curls

    Seated curls

One leg extensions (dropped into a two leg for burn out) on fire after this.

Reverse v squat 3 1/4 each to easy....4 1/4 was probably too heavy as I was pushing too hard. Legs have been the hardest to Guage the lower weights. Dropped back down to 3 1/4....

Leg press 12 plates seems like a sweet spot for these.

Standing calves straight into horizontal calves to finish. ....hard to walk after this. Anyone else use this horizontal machine? ?

Was gonna snap a calve pic but got busy cooking....might get one tonight still

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

    Great posts guys!

Actually had a nice pullback arm session today - w/limited movements(they don't have everything we need) at my gym but had my bis and tris nicely pumped(and tris were definitely striated)... One co-woker(women) came down and I had my shirt off training - she said 'good lord your bigger w/out the shirt' felt good for not being in the gym for 4-5 days definitely feeling more rested - going to take at least another day unless my body wakes up ready to go

Only real activity I've had so I figured I'd post it lol

I used to love doing standing DB presses! Really helps with stabilizing your whole back(thoracic and lumbar while performing the compound movement)... Excellent - how'd it feel DCI?

I want to say we talked about these b4 but I could be wrong?!?!

Felt great, I didn't realise how fatigued I was after the first pressing movement threw up a decent weight but only managed 4 dodgey reps so dropped it back a bit and squeezed out some good tight reps.

Felt great I love how you can isolate the muscles much better while standing etc.

    Marcus and others,

ive been dieting now since mid august or so for my vacation which is on tuesday, im down from 108-109kg to 95-96kg. Quite lean, would this be appropriate to call a pre prime ?

So im taking the time off over my vacation, then when i get back i was thinking of hitting a 6 week burst cycle before re dieting down for another holiday in march, marcus, what are your thoughts? And others lol.

So im taking the time off over my vacation, then when i get back i was thinking of hitting a 6 week burst cycle before re dieting down for another holiday in march, marcus, what are your thoughts? And others lol.
Sounds like you just been dieting which isn't a pre cycle prime. You will rebound out of a diet like everyone does if they go into a bulk but its not a pre cycle prime.

I wouldn't touch slin unless your competing at a high level.
You should also be using pharm grade hgh along slin if you ever did consider it,
it can make you extremely fat and it can kill you and personally I don't think its worth using, ive used it twice in 30 yrs and wouldn't recommend it.
