OK, back is still knotted up down low, so Rumble Roller tonight. Back lift tomorrow. I think lifting without working out this knotted up muscle would be unwise.

Just little more detail. Doctor is funny as hell, guessed which college I went even though he is not from the country I was born. He wants to investigate the reason of blood thickness even though me and my family doctor believed that its test he said to let him expire all the options so 2 weeks later when I go back he wants to get the blood work done before i go in to see him so he can see if he needs to draw more blood also ultrasound for liver and kidneys(i think) to make sure it is not enlarged liver. my bp went to 120 over 80 4 minutes after they pull out 500ml of blood.

The drop in BP is a good thing and I think the Dr. you saw has made a wise choice. Much wiser to verify all is well than to assume it will be.

Damn fellas its been a crazy night at work tonight. Catching up and eating a quest bar before bed. Need more Cals today. I didn't get much of a break tonight. Legs for me tomorrow going to give it hell. I hope I sleep good. Talk to everyone tomorrow.

The winter is too mild to feel but too hard on body to get sick and trust me I am no pansy but I just want to feel better so I can go to gym and workout, If it is not cold then my blood work is fvcking shot just god damn it

Then I did a few sits of caves to finish up.
It seems like I am hitting my quads harder than my hamstrings. I am having a hard time working them for some reason. Thats why I did both BB and DB straight leg deads. The Db I couldn't go as heavy as I did last week because I did BB or that's what I am hoping. I didn't really know what else to try. The only thing I can really really work them is on the lay down curl machine. All the help is needed. Thanks a ton. I think it was a good workout all in all. One workout at a time. As long as I am getting better. Normal isn't an option for me.

I have to think that way Igif. I just want to push myself as hard as possible and hopefully it will pay off for me. I am the guy in the gym busting ass with a soaking wet shirt zoned out. I just need a tad bit more help on a few things. Then I don't see why I can't reach my goals. That why I am posting every workout I can for help and advice. Also staying in here reading.

Legs are still full of blood from this morning guys! Going to be a long night at work. Can hardly walk normal. I am for sure hitting my quads a lot more than my hamstrings. Did this same damn thing last week. I still think I worked them better today than last week. Pain never felt so good. Lol

Ok guys and girls i did bi's earlier and it was a great session
Incline db curls 1 working DD
Db hammer curls 1 working +rp 1 drop. **new weight**
Db preacher curls 1 working 2 forced drop working 1 forced then 3 neg a side **new weight**
Wrist curls 2 sets a side
Cable curls 1 working DD
And done. Very good session bi's were bursting through ma skin lol.

Did back too will post it up tonight. Been a crazy too days. Scare with the wife yesterday, an employee just quit on me today ( on the run from immigration ).
Stress never ends.

Fvk it - I just got off and am exhausted... I need to eat and rest - for some reason if I drink too much coffee - it's been affecting my eating very much so! I don't often weigh myself anymore but I jumped on the scale and I was down to 197(wtf!!!) feel great strong, my weights are still going up, I'm just not as near hungry as I was when I was running Nandrolone ?! Anyone else's appetite suffer from caffeine(lots of it) or from tren a??
My measurements aren't decreasing(arms chest back is wide as ever)... It seems as if I'm not hungry as often either! I'm going to drop the coffee for a couple days... Maybe I just need to rest & recover more? I've not had 3 days in a row off let alone a wk since I even started in here! I'm just pissed and it's really affecting my mood(not like more aggressive either - E2(sensitive) came back at 17) best I've ever felt controlling Estro(& best I've done lol) -- I don't fvking know man... I think i need to rest more... This has always been my downfall - burning myself out - and I think this is just another prime example of listening to your body... Something I've struggled with for as long as I can remember!
