LOL, I guess I'm a tad stubborn, but I didn't push the lower back too much. Worked the upper and mid back pretty darn good.

2 sets of crunches. Lat stretches and toe touches.

    WG pulldown w/ u'hand grip- 2 w/u, Work-8+ - 3+ - 2+. 10 count neg on partials.
    Parallel grip pulldown- 1 w/u, Work-5+ -2+ -1+ -1+ w/ 10 count neg. on partials.
    Kels supported rows-Work- 10+ -2+ -1+.
D'bell rows off flat bench- 15 reps/ side.
    Low pulley rows- Work- 6+ - 2+ - 1+ - fail. Long 5 count neg. on partials.
Deads- 2 sets of 10, but only a plate per side. Didn't want to push my luck.

33 minutes not including crunches and stretches.

I feel great! Had one of the best nights rest is a long time. This calls for a nasty leg workout. Training with my sis today too and she pushes me like a fvck.

Related to that, I'm amazed at how much more energy I have in the evenings since I'm not working out this week. Every time I take a week off it makes me realize how taxing BB'ing is to our bodies and how much it fatigues a person. Not complaining, just an observation.

I'm coming off my cycle guys! I need to return back to homeostasis - and prime my body for the next run

My Body Is just telling me it needs the rest and my growth window has closed... Hard to ever admit this to yourself - but we all know when this happens! I'm always learning in here and am grateful for this... Time to recover and eat - I've learned when you 'think' your body needs the rest it most likely does indeed Need it!

Nothing worse than those panic sleeps and shit dreams. I had an important meeting last week was paranoid about being late and ended up having terrble sleep that night due to the paranoia.

It's just that time! I was gonna go another 2-4 wks - for what?? Nothing! Side effects, not gains!

I had a talk and that person knows who they are(thx)... & my growth window closed & once I started seeing that my appetite left I knew it was sides nothing else(which led me to them)... I'm definitely learning my body that's for sure... I'm Realizing that shorter cycles are better for me! I grow a lot or the most w/in the first 6-8 wks then level off except for strength.... this has happened w/the two last cycles and i now know more about myself and how my body responds to these compounds, which is what we need to find out to figure out how and why we grow best! I'm going with shorter cycles...

Rest day for me. Chest coming up tomorrow evening. Slept like a log for ~ 5 hours, woke up to the wife shoving a plate of chicken and rice and steamed broccoli at me. Ate, went back to sleep.

Killing my sessions on this new schedule. I work 4 12 hour shifts and get 4 days off to eat, rest, and train. Training 4 days back to back is a little trying, but with nothing else going on on those days I've been able to work it out. Leaving my 4 work days to focus on getting in my meals and making sure I get as much sleep as possible. That being said legs are gonna get blasted soon.
