Funny you say that part about dehydration.... it seems I can't get enough water in me no matter how much I drink! I've been puttin down 2+ GL a day and still thirsty!

It makes sense - as I've only been drinking this much coffee for about a wk wk & hlf! It surely fits the timeline, too... I'm just gonna drop it - sh!t the albuterol didn't even affect my appetite(actually I was eating more then ever) weird being a stimulant...

Thx Sfla! I just need a few days off to rest/recover and EAT!

Interesting... B/c when I drank soda when I was younger(4-6 a day) I wouldn't eat as much then either... I'm sure it is individual as well - I'm not jittery or anything like that either lol -

My measurements aren't decreasing(arms chest back is wide as ever)... It seems as if I'm not hungry as often either! I'm going to drop the coffee for a couple days... Maybe I just need to rest & recover more? I've not had 3 days in a row off let alone a wk since I even started in here! I'm just pissed and it's really affecting my mood(not like more aggressive either - E2(sensitive) came back at 17) best I've ever felt controlling Estro(& best I've done lol) -- I don't fvking know man... Something I've struggled with for as long as I can remember!

FUUUUUUUKKKKK!!! And I'm sitting here thinking - it's really not as bad as I'm making it out to be! What a fvking twat cvnt piece of shit I am
Rest up man! Take a few days off and reset your body. Then you might come back even stronger!!

    Nice chest session tonight.

Pre exhausted with machine flies 3 warm ups got some blood flowing. Then into 2 heavy sets. The blood exploded into my pecs felt great and a double drop. Felt good.

Then into db incline pressing 2 heavy slow reps due to the pre haust the reps were down but the blood was fcking flowing hard and fast and a dropset.

Then flat pressing to finish same as above.

Then kk style standing flies these are a epic finisher I have to say. Then just a couple of sets of slow push ups to finish felt great.

Home to refeed now with lean ground steak and rice and sweetcorn full.

@sfla id be the opposite nearly always hungry after coffee and doesnt dehydrate as much as you would expect. I do love my coffee though addicted.

You can drink as much water as you can, but at some point electrolytes need to be replenished.

Thanks, Clarky. I'm going to try to grab a massage this morning. I think I may have got it worked out a little bit stretching here at work. Don't plan to let it screw up my blast if at all possible.

    Morning everyone leg day

    Squats each set a drop

    Leg press same as above

    Leg extensions

    Leg curls

    Wall sits to fail

    Lunges to finish off

20 minutes low intensity cardio... Really needed that today just to loosen up after that session

    Morning all

Thx BG.... Ima down a big Gatorade or add a touch of salt to my food(not much but enough)... Thx!

Just gonna take a few days to let my body reset and come back stronger! I honestly don't remember taking more than 2 rest days a wk for as long as I've been in the 'Dungeon' - first time since burning myself out prior that I actually feel it in the am... Usually I'm up rearing to go! I'm thinking about taking 3-5 days...

Bio, my friend, you are the epitome of consistency. You are very disciplined to hit wall sits after those lifts. Used to do those in my younger years. The mind has to be focused to embrace the pain.

If memory serves me right 20 is pretty high and one whole blood donation might not reduce your hematocrit level much
