Destroyed arms this morning

just to failure and that's not even what normal men call failure

Aw, dang. I figured today was a good day for one so I took half of a prescribed one, big guy! Had chest cramps every time I picked up anything of much weight, so I think I got right last night. Would like to get in leg session tonight before work if possible.
We "Yanks" have a time.change coming up tonight, so I will end up working at least 9 hours. . On the plus side, thats $$ for supplies for my next blast.
Will be starting to fight with the insurance company soon to see what they will kick in on weekly injections. My Dr. said to give them hell and get whatever I can from them so I get the insurance portion written off on my shots.
She is still trying to convince the senior members of that practice to allow me to self inject. I vaguely recall a former member of that practice being popped for prescribing T and a few other things w/o a medical necessity quite some time ago and they only allow a very few patients to self inject. I believe these patients were already on a self injection protocol prior to the Dr. that got in trouble for prescribing w/o a medical need.
I'll give her credit, she is trying to get me on a protocol that I like. She has mentioned that Aveed may be a possibility also if her other strategies don't work out. She was very sympathetic to my train wreck of a visit to the last A4M endo. Office visit lasted ~ 12 minutes, as soon as he saw the pacemaker scar, the endo was done with me. I paid cash up front, too.
So, I'll keep driving on.
On the plus side, she is into Olympic lifting and her husband also, so she understands liver enzymes get skewed after heavy lifting, etc. which is nice and makes.for good chit chat at my appointments.Last edited by almostgone; 10-31-2015 at 06:41 AM.

Clocking in on Saturday morning... FXXKKK YEAAA.... Back is super sore legs are still sore... To make it short, my whole body is sore. lol...Got traps and delts today. Then off tomorrow. Getting ready to go destroy them. Love this shi*.

Nearly didn't make the gym today. Fcking AUX belt shit the bed half ways to the gym this morning after me getting timing belt, water pump and power steering belt and aux replaced. The tensioner on the aux belt ran off for some reason worked its way loose. So can was stranded luckily buddy was round and managed to trailor it back to the lock up and got my company car.
Did arms and cardio today.
Destroyed bis and tris as I was fcking fuming having to fix the car again.

Db press 1 feel, 2 working to positive failure
Incline db skull crusher 1 warmup, 1 feel, 1 working w RP
Db kickbacks 2 working w RP
Over head extensions 1 working w RP
Ex bar curl 2 warm ups 1 feel 2 working with double drops
Hammer curl 2 working with RP.
Arms are shot. Could barely carry my bag back out. In and out in an hour counting time to change and warm up the joints.

Damn guys the last few weeks have been pretty good for me on my workouts.Thanks everyone and thank you Marcus for the thread. I have had a few bad days but feels like I am killing. Good morning this rainy Sunday. Nice sessions guys!! I was going to take the day off, but I might go in and get some cardio and Ab work in just to fell better. For some reason I feel better if I do something in the mornings. Seems to make my day better. Hope everyone has a good day.

Back from vacation, was needed, more then I could imagine. My head was screwed up, I was letting my job get to me, I was over training and just doing many things wrong. My body was broken down, shoulder, neck and back was in pain. I feel great now, just before leaving Kel had brought up to me that going back to EOD training would be the way to go. Its funny, I had some moments of clarity, things were just coming to me, things that need to change in my life and I think I was just so caught up and worn out I couldn't see the issues. So Im telling my training partner Im going to go back to training myself, EOD and I think my wife will join this gym and train with me. We both were at our best when we trained together. Well good to see everyone doing well, time for BG to restart many things in his life, re-focus.

Well, another day of doing nothing. Feeling very rested. Eating like there's no tomorrow and watching football. Even watched the game "across the pond" this morning. Hope my friends over there enjoyed it as well. Have a few appointments early this week and hopefully training resumes on Wednesday. Even my forearm is feeling better, and it always hurts.
World Series and football on at the same time. This is tough....

Just been watching some stuff on Halloween in the USA and I got to say to my friends across the pond you absolutely smash it. It looks fantastic and I love how everybody joins in and the costumes and stuff you put up around the streets is amazing wooooooooooow

Some areas are better than others. In my neighborhood the adults are as into it as the kids. They give out shots and jello shooters to the adults and candy to the kids. It's hysterical by the end of the night. By the time you've finished the neighborhood you can be hammered if you don't watch yourself. There's also plenty of adults who use the kids wagons to cart their coolers around as they go....
