The hemoglobin:hematocrit ratio is ~ 1:3. Multiply your hemoglobin by 3 and that will give you a ballpark figure for your hematocrit unless you're anemic or have hemochromatosis.

Cal, didn't you recently start back lifting regularly? If so, between the strain of the high hematocrit (which you have addressed at least partially) and the work from getting back into lifting, you may require a tad more rest for a little while.
When I got back into it, it really took the wind out of my sails for a bit, then I started getting more energy as my body started adjusting to the training.
Just a thought, but if you feel like you are fatigued more than you should be, make sure to mention it to your Dr. If you are on prescribed TRT, you may need to make an adjustment in your protocolm?

No problem! I'd ease back into it and just listen to your body. If you feel.you need the rest, do it. Who knows, a few days to a week of rest and limited lifting may put you back in the zone.

    Chest this morning.

    Decline hammer warm up

    Increased weight slightly

    Flat flies db

    Flat press db

    Incline flies db

    Incline press db

Cable flies bent over for even then straight into high flies.

    Single arm leaning fly

Good session. Probably done in maybe 35 mins. Was winded probably went to much but felt good.

Now busy day....trying my version of haz's soup. (Say my version cause I hate following recipes and measuring....also I can't let it sit overnight.) Lol

That's already cooking....and now time to "attempt" to build the crib

WG pull downs, 1 feeler, 2 work, **new weight

NG pull downs, 2 work, +2 drop, **new weight

Bend over rows, 4 work **new weight

Back and tri's done..... Absolutely destroyed em. I also started posing. Trying to get my quarter turn poses down first and then I'll work on transitioning between them. After that I'll work on my routine. Right now I'm practicing 3 days a week..... It's a lot tougher than I thought lol. Especially doing it pwo.....

Right now I have my sis with me making sure the poses are correct. I have a friend that's a pro and he will help me a bit when we can find the time to meet up. I also have an ex competitor and a rep from a major supplement company who will meet me when I ask. I just want to have the basics down before I goto them for help and fine tuning.

It's getting to where i'm making Mondays' leg day, this will be week 3 as we've added them back in... 1st exercise .. hip sled 8 sets, progressive to failure, with final lift being a static hold.. 1400 lbs only moved it about 4" but held it in the sub lock out position..

I grunted.. in honor of the 1st post in this thread..

Lying db tri ex 1 working +rp 1 drop. Incline

    Db kick backs 2 working

Tri pd 1 working TD. **new weight** full stack straight bar

    Cardio 25min

And done. No elbow pain (both) the night so that was good.

Dang man that's nice. Like we talked before that's my goal. I have no one. Just going to do it off pure motivation. I'll have to hire someone to help me of course.

Just got back from travel and there's been like 6 pages since I've posted last.. I'll have to catch up later.

I'm making some dinner and going to head in for chest. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hey, hey, Spy!! I see you're showing no mercy to the leg sled. Nice!

Went to a massage therapist that my usual massage therapist recommended. My usual therapist is out on maternity leave, so I decided to let this girl work on me. I think my back piece scared her because she screamed when she walked into the room. Either that or she thought a beached whale had landed on her table.
Anyway, she only had a 30 min. block open so I booked it. She was feeling all over my back and found the area that is giving me grief immediately. She was hesitant to really get in there and work it until I urged her on. Seems to be a little better so I'm headed to the shop here in a few. Been drinking boatloads of water today.
We'll find out how I hold up here in a few.
