    That will help to lower the workload on your heart/CV system. I'm thinking one of the guys here in the dungeon takes Bystolic.
    I'm on 2 BP meds and one for congestive heart failure. The beta blocker I take is Coreg/carvedilol.

    incline db press
    3 warm up sets
    1 working set with 1 drop set - heavy serious and productive, arms were shaking at the end

    incline flyes
    2 feel sets
    1 working set plus one rest pause

    vertical chest press
    2 feel sets
    1 working set to failure plus 2 forced plus 3 negs

    flat flyes
    1 feel set
    1 working set plus 2 drops

    at the end my partner told me all the whites of my eyes were red job done

    Also, I've been thinking of doing much more DB work for my chest(I'll still use the bar, as well... But I'm thinking for more depth and width - the DBs will give me a better stretch and definitely help w/any imbalances w/R shoulder! Plus it should shape my chest better(w/more DB work)... ?!

    Did bi's earlier good session got some good pain going on deep in the centre of the bi's.

    Standing db curls 2 working DD

    Seated db curls 2 working

    CCC 1 working 1 drop

    Cable curls 1 working DD

    Not a lot i know but i did shift good weight no cardio never had time.

    Last weeks leg workout was better..... Some guy wanted to workout with my sis today and instead of her saying "you can work in with us" she wants to do his workout. I was completely thrown off.....

    Warmed up with extension and curls

    Squats

    315x12
    315x7 (knee shifted)
    315x11
    I could have gone heavier but my whole core felt unstable and my knee ave out once. Next week ill bump it to 405

    Leg press
    4 plates x 15
    16 plates x 8
    14 plates x 6 drop to 10 plates x 6 drop to 8 plates x 8

    I was spent really at this point

    Leg extension
    155 x 15
    175 x 12

    Right hip and lower back/glute is doing the stupid thing where it is trying to lock up. Going to rumble roll it and stretch tonight. Don't think hitting back tonight would be wise, so I will hit it tomorrow instead.
    Started taking Voltaren this afternoon. It should help a bit.

    Edit. Back seems to be loosening a tad. Believe I may be due for a pullback sometime in the next few weeks. I would prefer to get one in before labs anyway.

    Well..... I woke up today feeling stronger than hercules. It feels like its going to be an awesome day.

    I don't listen to music while I workout..... I find it distracting sometimes. Normally I breathe and leave myself to my thoughts and that how I build the anger but today I will give Metallica and rage against the machine one more shot.

    It's back and tri's today..... Im gunna fvck shit up

    Back is feeling much better this morning. Will keep on the Voltaren for ~ a week, then drop them. Looking @ my lifting notebook and running it though my head. Almost gone through my third notebook since I dropped into the thread.

    Edit. Back definitely getting worked tonight. At the dentist office now waiting on the wife. She pulled a crown and post loose again. On the plus side, the dogs are in the truck with me raising h*ll at anyone or.anything that gets too close.
